Merida was standing in front of a head-to-foot-long mirror, staring at her reflection.

She was dawned in a simple long beautiful white dress with long sleeves and white heels.
But her friends Rapunzel, Elsa and Anna shook their heads.
“What? What’s wrong with it?” Merida asked them.
“No shape -” Rapunzel said.
“No ruffles -” Anna added.
“No style.” Elsa finished with a sigh.
“It’s traditional.” Merida said.
“We know but it’ll have to go.” Anna says.
“But -“
“No buts, Snowflake.” Elsa said. “I’ll take care of it.”

She raised her hands and Merida’s dress turned light blue. Curls and ruffles appeared. Tiny glittering gems filled the dress forming flower patterns, making it twinkle. The long sleeves turned elbow-length with petal pattern at the ends. Elsa made her white headdress. It reached only the waistline but the little golden flower-created crown looked beautiful on Merida’s head.

“You overdid yourself, Els.” Anna smiled. “Merida looks gorgeous.”
“Guys, let’s not forget the flowers.” Rapunzel handed Merida the bouquet of white flowers. She smelled them.
“They’re lovely.” Elsa said.
The door of Merida’s room opened and Elinor's head popped in.
“Merida, dear, are you ready?” she asked.
“Yeah mum.” Merida replied looking back at the mirror one last time before leaving the room with the girls.

When Merida stood at the door to the chapel, her breathing turned shallow. Hiccup was there, standing by the altar with a nervous smile on his face. When she walked toward him, she was grinning widely. Hiccup smiled at her too and took her hand.
“Looks like we’re stuck forever together, my queen.” She laughed as he closed the gap between them, claiming her as his.
