"Mix."

Mix didn't know if it was because of liquor, but the sound of his name from Earth's lips made him feel... things.

Feeling a little brave and sassy, Mix raised his right brow at Earth.

"I don't think you should be calling me that, Earth. I'm your Prince."

"Okay then, my Prince." Earth chuckled. He hasn't drunk much, but the little alcohol he had seemed to make him a bit more relaxed. "I really think you had enough drinks for tonight. I'll get you some water." Earth said, smiling at how adorable Mix looked when tipsy. Earth rarely showed any emotion so this carefree, gentle smile was a welcome sight for Mix.

Oh gods, this man is beautiful.

Earth's playful stare turned into an intense, heated gaze. Without looking away from Mix, he smirked then bit his lower lip.

"No one's called me beautiful before."

"Trust me, thousands of people have, they're just not as stupid as me so they don't tell it to your face." Mix felt his face heat with embarrassment as he tried to avoid Earth's eyes.

"You'll be surprised how much stupidity resembles bravery." Earth said, as he stood up to get a glass of water for Mix.

Mix didn't understand what Earth meant so he let the little comment slide.

Despite feeling all kinds of rebellious, Mix knows his limits when it comes to alcohol. So he stopped drinking and waited for Earth to come back to where they sat at the corner of the dimly-lit restobar which OffGun rented to treat their friends and crew after a successful show.

Gun is known for his love for parties so Mix wasn't expecting less. The music was fun, the food was delicious and the drinks were top-notch.

What Mix liked the most, though, was how private the whole set-up was. Mix was pretty sure the CCTV was the only camera in the place by the way guards patted them down before letting them in. So he wasn't surprise to see other famous people around, just chilling and hanging around without the pressure of the public's eyes on them.

Mix's eyes landed on the couple dancing on the makeshift stage. Gun was happily moving to the beat while Off was only bouncing to the song, his left hand on Gun's shoulder and his right holding a beer bottle.

"They look good together."

Mix was startled when Earth spoke as he handed him a glass of water.

Mix smiled wistfully. "I wonder how it feels like to have your own person."

"Every person is Thailand counts as your person, Your Highness."

"Maybe I don't need an entire nation, Captain. Maybe I just need...one person. Someone to laugh and cry with, someone to dream and build a life with."

"If you weren't the Prince, how would you have envisioned your life?"

Earth's question came out of nowhere, but it had Mix thinking.

"I'd use my degree in Veterinary. Open a small clinic in the suburbs. Spend my days taking care of all sorts of animals and bringing a smile to their owners.

When Earth didn't reply immediately, Mix felt a little awkward.

"Why are you asking?"

"Nothing. I didn't have much growing up so I've always wondered how it felt like to have everything."

Mix didn't know what to say to that. To be honest, for Mix, growing up as a Royal meant giving more rather than receiving more.

"Do you think we would have met if I wasn't a Prince?"

Earth looked at Mix briefly and turned his eyes back to the little crowd dancing in the middle of the restobar.

"I don't know. But if there is a parallel world where you're not a Prince, I hope that world's Earth would be lucky enough to have the privilege of getting to know you."

Mix's heart skipped a little at Earth's admission.

"Thank you, Earth."

"For what?"

"For everything. I know taking care of me is your job, but thank you for doing a damn good job."

"Mix." Earth closed the distance between him and Mix. He was so close that Mix can feel his warm breath. "Please, you and I both know that you're more than a job."

"What are doing, Captain?"

"Being stupid" Earth said, as he lowered his head so he's eye to eye with Mix.

"Captain." Mix knew he shouldn't be giving in to Earth's advances, but it actually felt good to stop fighting the invisible force that's been pulling him to Earth for months now.

Earth reached for Mix, his fingers lightly caressing the Prince's face.

"Touching the sun would probably give me really bad burns."

"So don't." It would only mean bad things for Earth when he gets caught with Mix like this.

Instead of taking his hand away, Earth just moved his hand to softly touch Mix's chin.

"Why? Isn't that what it means to be alive? Burns and scars are proof that no matter what you went through, you survived and well, as they say, lived to tell the tale."

At this point, Mix is just lost and confused. Not to say that he didn't like the Earth in front of him now, he just didn't understand the sudden shift in his attitude.

But Earth didn't give him a chance to second guess the moment they are sharing with each other.

"Mix."

"Hmm."

"If I kiss you now would you behead me in the morning?"

Mix chuckled. "Only if you turn out to be a bad kisser."

Earth didn't have to be told twice.

At first, the kiss was gentle and sweet as Earth placed small pecks on Mix's lips. But soon those weren't enough. Earth pulled Mix closer by the waist as he run his tongue against Mix's lips, silently asking permission to deepen the kiss. The Prince complied, slightly opening his mouth to let Earth in.

"Your...Highness?"
