Part 49

Michael went back home with Tubbo for the night. Michael woke up to murmurs coming from downstairs. He tiptoed out of his room to the grand stairs, and hid himself behind a pillar to listen in. He heard Tommy. Tommy was talking about Ghostbur and Wilbur when Michael heard one specific sentence "I know Wilbur is back but..." Michael shot up and ran to where Tubbo and Tommy were.

He barged into the library where they were talking, "Wilbur is alive?". Tommy sighed, "Yes". Michael was extremely confused "But how Tommy!?", Tommy sat there, shame painted on his face, Tubbo spoke for him "Tommy broke himself into the prison, using Ghostbur to try and kill Dream once and for all, but Sam caught him. But it was too late, Ghostbur was already at Dream's holding cell. Dream threatened to revive Wilbur if Sam didn't lat him out, which Sam clearly didn't. Dream then killed Ghostbur, and revived Wilbur in the remnants of L'manburg, where he had died. Wilbur is still his same old completely driven crazy 'I'm gonna commit war crimes and be the bad guy' self, which is a big deal but not as big as the fact that no one has seen him since Dream escaped". It was a lot for Michael to take in, he was taken aback, and stood there in shock.

Wilbur was a bad guy, whether he was clinically insane or not. Wilbur started off as a normal guy, the founder of L'manburg. After L'manburg had fallen the first time, it was rebuilt underthe new name of Manburg. There was a presidential election, but Wilbur didn't win, instead a man named Schlatt won. All of the original citizens of L'manburg were banished, so wilbur built a home for them, that resided underground and he called it Pogtopia. Wilbur felt that L'manburg's core ideas had failed as he became more mentally ill. Because of this, he made it his mission to destroy L'manburg. In doing so, he betrayed all the people of Pogtopia and Manburg, and sided with Dream. Wilbur used Dream's access to stacks upon stacks of TNT to detonate Manburg, as well as held one of Tommy's disks hostage. Marburg and Pogtopia broke out into war, so Wilbur detonated the thousands of sticks of tnt he had rigged When the tnt exploded, Phil protected him with his wings. Wilbur then pleaded for his father to kill him, and Phil fulfilled his request.
