Tommy and Y/n had been internet best friends for many years and had talked almost everyday. Though they had met a long time ago, they hadn't ever met irl. Either the timing being wrong, or they were simply too busy.
Today was something new though. A couple weeks ago, Y/n had messaged MotherInnit and asked her to help them plan a surprise trip to see Tommy.

Y/n woke up to a blaring ringing in their ear. They picked their phone up and looked at the time, 14:06 pm, shit. Their plane would leave in an hour.
They quickly got out of bed and raced to the bathroom to get ready. After 15 minutes, they had all their stuff packed in the car and were on their way to the airport.
It took around 25 minutes to get to the airport so when they arrived, they sped through security and quickly ran to the gate. Y/n had about 5 minutes so they sat down for a bit.
"Group A now boarding"
Y/n looked at their ticket and saw they were group C so it would be a little while before they boarded. They always hated having to wait for the first groups before them but it was just how airlines worked.
Once on the airplane, they messaged MotherInnit and told her that they would be there in __ hours.
They turned their phone on airplane mode and gazed out the window, watching as the ground grew further and further away.

Y/n opened their eyes and heard the pilot speaking,
"All passengers please remain in your seats with your seatbelts on. We are starting to descend."
Y/n still had their seatbelt on so they pulled out their phone and pressed shuffle on their playlist. The rest of the ride was uneventful.
*** Y/n stepped out of the airport and looked around for the car that MotherInnit had described to look for. They spotted it and sped up their walk.
Once arriving at MotherInnit's car, Y/n places their stuff in the back seat and hops in the passenger side. After a couple of minutes, they pull onto a cobblestone road, which Y/n assumes to be the driveway, and they park. MotherInnit tells Y/n to go inside and see tommy.
As Y/n walks up the stairs to his room, they can hear him talking to Wilbur. Probably about random stuff since they knew he wasn't streaming, nor was Wilbur.
They knocked on Tommy's door and heard him call out "come in!" so they opened the door.
"TOMMY," they screamed, jumping at him. he was startled and pulled back a bit to look at their face before putting on a face of pure shock when recognizing Y/n and pulling them in for a very tight hug.
"Wait... Y/N??!"
