Eret and Y/n had always been THE sibling duo. They never fought, never kept secrets. Eret trusted Y/n completely and vice versa.
One thing though, Y/n did have one secret. One secret that they weren't sure they were ready for anyone to know.
Even though Y/n went by they/them pronouns, they still identified as a girl
(Quick pause to say you can identify as whatever u want with whatever pronouns as long as ur comfy. she/her but a male? Pogchamp. He/him but a female? Pogchamp. Etc. pronouns 👏 don't 👏 have 👏 to 👏 correspond 👏 to 👏 a specific 👏 gender 👏 THANK YOU VERY MUCH 😤👏)

Eret knew Y/n's pronouns and of course, respected them.
Y/n was on their way home from college (university) for break.
They had just got off the plane and got a taxi to their childhood home. Once they got to the house, they asked their parents if Eret was home yet. They told them that he was still at school.
Y/n made their way up to their old room and started unpacking.
They heard the front door open then close and heard footsteps. The footsteps stopped and then they heard yelling. In a flash, their bedroom door swung open and Y/n was tackled in a huge hug.
"Woah, calm child,"
"Y/N I AM SO HAPPY YOU'RE HERE. MOM AND DAD TOLD ME YOU WERE COMING BUT I DIDNT KNOW WHICH DAY." Y/n's little brother exclaimed. They laughed and hugged back Eret.

"Hey, Eret? Can I talk to you?" Y/n said, standing in the doorway of Eret's room.
"Yeah of course, here, come sit down," Eret said, patting the spot next to where he was sitting. Y/n walked over. They turned to face Eret and let out a deep breath.
"Uh okay. How do i say this? Um. Eret, I- i like girls, Eret. I'm lesbian." They said, closing their eyes, fearing what their sibling would say. Eret grinned and hugged Y/n tightly.
