Précis: Stefany and Karl announce their relationship

Karl has never been very open to the idea of sharing things that were going on in his real-life with his online friends or fans. That's why he and Stefany decided not to tell anyone about their relationship. Even their friends. Of course they still kind of acted like a couple but it could be easily passed as friends if you weren't aware of the thing going on between them. Everything about them was very secretive and was never shared. Until one stream. Stefany, Karl, and Dream were streaming together and they were just talking about random things and occasionally thanking someone for a donation.
Recently they have been trying less hard to keep it a secret. Karl would occasionally say something like, "Stefanyyyy. i know you love me but you don't have to be so obvious about it." or something like "Stefany, be my wife." or, "Stef, I'm leaving you for Sapnap." She would blush and in return say things too like, "Karl is really mean but we all know he loves me" and "Karl, the only person I simp for is Milly (*cough*). So sorry but you need to find a new girlfriend", of course, she would say this in a teasing voice as to not get caught.
After a while of streaming and teasing each other, they were pretty mellow because they were starting to get tired. Karl and Dream were talking while Stefany was reading out donos until she heard Karl whimper in pain. She quickly unmuted,
"Karl, what's wrong?" she asked with fear laced throughout her voice. Dream also spoke up and asked Karl what was wrong. He looked down and quietly said,
"I fell off my chair and hit my bad hand". Dream sat there a little confused,
"Bad hand?" he questioned as Stefany gasped and quickly asked if he was okay. Karl decided to ignore Dream's question and responded with a small 'yea' to Stefany. He chuckled until a couple of minutes later Dream asked a question, "wait- Stef, how did you know Karl had a bad hand? what do you mean a bad hand? what happened?" he spit out questions. Stefany explained that her dog had bit Karl which made the chat go crazy since they didn't know she or Karl had seen each other in real life yet. "Wait you guys met up?" Dream questioned, voicing the chats' questions. Karl chuckled a little and told him that they in fact lived together.
Dream was very confused as Karl told him a lot of things that no one else knew. Dream decided to drop the subject while the chat was still going crazy asking if they were dating or something. Karl got a donation and read it out loud, 'Are you and Stefany dating?' he told Stefany and Dream to end their streams as soon as he answered. They agreed and he looked at the camera and gave a face showing no emotion.
"Yes we are," he said calmly and then immediately turned his stream off. The other two also ended their streams quickly. They just sat there in silence with Dream.
"So," Dream began, "are you two like, actually a thing," he asked, Stefany burst out laughing with Karl giggling.
"Yeah, we are dating," she said, her face burning bright red. They talked for a while more until Dream had to go. Stefany hung up the Discord call and walked downstairs to wait for Karl to join her. He trotted down the stairs and whined about his hand hurting from Boronbolo, their dog. Stefany chuckled and set down Princess who was just a sweetie pie. Stefany walked over and lifted Karl's hand, kissing it softly. He grinned,
"It's all better now! I have the power of Stefany kisses on my side!" He said proudly. Stefany laughed as she was pulled into a hug. They stayed hugging for a while before Stefany looked up at Karl, pulling away slightly, she gave him a soft kiss on the lips and smiled. He smiled and picked her up bridal style, bringing them to the couch. As they cuddled, Stefany looked out the window and saw it was raining. A crack of thunder came from outside and Karl flinched and she wrapped her arms around his body. He noticed she was shivering so he quickly took off his sweater and gave it to her. Stefany gave him a funny look and he realized she was already wearing a sweater.
She shrugged and slipped off the Dream merch hoodie that was way too big for her. She handed it to Karl as she slipped on his sweater and then helped him put her sweater on because of his hand that was not so nicely attacked by their doggo. Karl opened his arms and Stef snuggled into his chest. He rubbed her back softly and hummed a quiet song. After a little bit, he could feel the rising and falling of her breaths. He assumed she was asleep so he whispered something to her that he wouldn't dare whisper if he knew she was awake,
"I really really love you Stefany and I wish i had the courage to tell you I love you while you're awake but I'm just too scared. I want to be with you forever and one day I know we will get married and live happily ever after," he said quietly. After a couple of seconds of silence, he heard a voice speak,
"I love you too Karl."
