Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Raheem
In The Name of Allah, The Most Gracious and The Most Merciful.

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ

Qul a'uzoo bi rabbil-falaq
1. Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak

مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

Min sharri ma khalaq
2. From the evil of that which He created

وَمِنْ شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ

Wa min sharri ghasiqin iza waqab
3. And from the evil of darkness when it settles

وَمِنْ شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ

Wa min sharrin-naffaa-saati fil 'uqad
4. And from the evil of the blowers in knots

وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ

Wa min shar ri haasidin iza hasad
5. And from the evil of an envier when he envies."

Hadith of the day :

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best among you (Muslims) are those who learn the Qur'an and teach it." (Sahih al-Bukhari 5027) .

Lesson from the Life of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ):

The words spoken in this ayat were given to Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) in response to the rejection he received from the non-believers.

حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ ۖ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ

Hasbiyal laahu laaa ilaaha illaa Huwa 'alaihi tawakkkaltu wa Huwa Rabbul 'Arshil 'Azeem

"Sufficient for me is Allah; there is no deity except Him. On Him I have relied, and He is the Lord of the Great Throne."

Life is difficult. This is one of the greatest truths mentioned in the Qur'an, "And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient" () The sooner we realize this truth and embrace it fully, the easier it will be to face reality. Once we accept adversity as part of life, it will no longer matter as much. It is when we live in denial, or self-pity, our thoughts wander to a dark and dangerous place and begins to ask questions like why isn't my du'a being answered, does Allah hate me, am I being punished? The answer of course is Allah does not hate you, he is not ignoring your call, and out of 7 billion people on Earth do you really believe he is singling you out and punishing you alone?
