POV Jackson
I've been at GSMW hospital a little less than a week and I still can't get over this Cristina girl. Everywhere I turn she's there. Doing some badass procedure or making a funny comment. Tonight was hectic. There was a fire at a hotel so the ER was packed. There was a mistake made on a patient so we were all being interviewed by the chief. She looked so good tonight I just wanted her to notice me. That might be why I said it, I made a snarky comment to that Alex guy. It ended with the attending's pulling us off of each other. I didn't even think, if I wanted to impress Cristina why would I insult someone she cared about. They didn't have a clear relationship but I knew they were closer than they let on. I could tell they had one of those relationships where they were good friends but not in a 'let's talk about our feeling' kind of friend but a 'let's endlessly make fun of each other' kind of friends.
Cristina was sat opposite me, next to Alex. She was reading a copy of Seattle magazine, not properly reading it, just flipping through. She was sat on her chair leaning on the arm and her legs swung over the other arm. Alex whispered her something in her ear that made her laugh, that laugh I could listen to that laugh all day.
Oh my god I think I'm falling for this girl. This girl.
