You nervously smiled at her.

"O-of course..." you answered, she smiled and let go of your face.

A swarm of flies entered the room, this time, instead of one of the sisters entering, it was all 3 of them.

"Let me guess, another pointless meeting?" Lady Dimitrescu asked them.

The three looked at eachother,
"It's urgent..." they answered in unison.
Lady Dimitrescu paused for a moment and looked at you and then sighed.

"Fine, fine. Let's go my daughters" your Countess started to walk towards the door.
Cassandra looked at Bela and then at you.
"Mother the Maiden..." Cassandra started.
"She can stay here, there's nothing to break anyways-"
Cassandra cut her off.
"No...she has to come with" she finished.

Lady Dimitrescu turned around and looked at Cassandra.
"Pardon?"
Cassandra backed away a bit.
"It's Mother Mirandas command..."
You felt your heart sink. You don't know this, Mother Miranda, but just hearing it from others now, made you feel uneasy.

"Why would she want Y/N to come to an urgent gathering?" Lady Dimitrescu asked her daughters, she seemed a bit, mad?

"It's not a gathering, Mother. Apparently she wants to meet you and Y/N in private" Bela answered.
Your Countess balled her hand into a fist and then relaxed it.

"Y/N. Let's go then." Your Countess said and walked out the door.
You wanted to follow her, but Cassandra stopped you,

"Y/N, you're our meal. Don't forget that now" she said and let go of you.
You were confused and wanted to ask her what she meant, but you had to catch up to your Countess so you just left it at that.

You looked at your Countess, who seemed a bit tense.
"Is everything alright, my Lady?" you asked her slowly.
She didn't answer and continued to walk, her reaction made you worry at what might come at you now.

'Am I really going to die today...?' is the only thought that was flying through your mind.
You left the Castle with your Countess and walked down a small snowy way. You started to freeze a bit, so you tried to warm yourself up, which didn't help a single bit.
'This weather is so cold...I can't even warm my hands with my damn breath..' you tried everything to warm your hands but it just didn't work.

Your Countess took notice of you struggling with the weather and finally stopped walking.
"I forgot how sensitive you humans can be" she said and turned around searching for something. She then looked at a Scarecrow and walked towards it.
You watched her ripping the jacket off of the Scarecrow and wrapping it around you.
"The smell might not be pleasant, but it's better then letting your precious blood run cold~" she smiled.

'Her thinking about my blood is the only thing that can calm her down huh..'

"Thank you my Lady..." you warmed up your hands and tried to ignore the smell of dead bodies and blood, that came from the jacket, run through your nose.

You two finally arrived at a big cabin like house and walked inside. You put down the jacket and looked around.
Suddenly, a memory struck you.
'This place...is the same as in my dream..' you thought. Your Countess walked down to a chair that seemed to be her size and sat down.

You stood in the middle of the big hall and looked around. Across where your Countess was sitting was a bench, it had a few scratches around it but it was in a good condition. There was another chair on a few steps up, the small stair was decorated with a carpet and a few candles.
The back of the cabin looked unfinished and it had an opening, which let in a huge glare of light from the outside.
You looked down and saw, hair? They were short and grey, almost like it could belong to an animal.

Your small exploration was interrupted by footsteps approaching from the side. Your Countess didn't look up from her chair and seemed to tense up again.

You looked at the person who entered the hall and couldn't believe your eyes.

'Just today I was talking about her...and now I'm also meeting her too?? This gotta be my last day of living..'

"It's my pleasure to meet you again,
Y/N" Mother Miranda started.

You were too shocked to even answer and just stood there.

"Don't be afraid, my Child. I won't hurt you~" she reassured you.

"I apologise...it's also a pleasure to meet you too..Mother Miranda" you finally could give an answer. Your Countess looked at you and then at Mother Miranda.

"What is it, that you only needed us two for?" Your Countess asked. Mother Miranda walked down the small stairs towards you.
"You've never kept any of my gifts alive for this long Alcina" she said lifting your face up towards hers, her sharp finger claws were piercing into your face.
'Alcina...? Is that her name..?'
Your Countess gripped the arm of her chair.

"I haven't decided what to do with her yet...she is a good servant" she answered her.

"Hmm..that didn't stop you from killing the others though~" Mother Miranda stroke your face leaving a few bleeding scratches.

"I'll find something better to do with her. Just give me time-" Mother Miranda cut her off.

"Or you can hand her back to me. I know a lot of fun possible endings for her" she took your face back into her grip. You looked at your Countess and then to Mother Miranda, who you couldn't quite see that well, she was wearing some sort of bird mask, fitting to her feathery clothing.
"Why is it so important all of a sudden? She belongs to me, its my choice what I do and not do with my Maiden" Lady Dimitrescu sounded tense.

"No need to be so tense Alcina. I'm not going to kill her...she seems to have delicious blood~" Mother Miranda said taking her mask off a bit, revealing her pale green eyes. She came closer to your face and licked off the blood dripping down from your face and grinned.
Lady Dimitrescu stood up and balled up her hands into a fist.
"You sure are keeping this good quality blood to yourself~" Mother Miranda looked at your Countess wiping off the rest of the blood from her mouth.

"Also don't get riled up like that Alcina" Mother Miranda put her mask back on.
"Are you still searching for a vessel? Is that why you called us? To take her as one?" Lady Dimitrescu asked her.

"I don't need one anymore. I found a perfect vessel already" she answered.
"Then why did you call us??" Your Countess was mad.
"You will be taking care of the vessel as soon as I get a hold of her" Mother Miranda answered.

"Taking care of a vessel? Isn't it old enough to take care of itself?" she continued to ask.
"No. Actually, it's not." Mother Miranda looked at Lady Dimitrescu.
Your Countess relaxed herself and sighed.
"Fine. We'll take care of it."
"I knew that I could count on you Alcina" she smiled and walked back up the small stairs. You held your face which was burning from the small scratches Mother Miranda gave you.
'What is it with them and their weird way of drinking blood..?' Your face was bleeding a bit more and you just gave up on holding down the blood.

"Then it is declared, Castle Dimitrescu will be taking in the Vessel,
Rosemary Winters" Mother Miranda said and left the hall, giving you one last look.

Your Countess stood up and walked towards you holding your face and looking at it.
"A few cuts are really deep. I'll take care of it when we get back into the Castle" she said and wrapped you back up in the jacket.
"I-" you wanted to say something but she already went ahead. You sighed and looked back one more time.

"Rosemary Winters...a vessel? Just what is she planning..." you asked yourself and left the big cabin for good.
