Days had past after the wedding and Kol's death, the newly wed couple spend a week in Paris for their honeymoon while Jenna stayed with the twins in New Orleans but as soon as the couple came back she headed back to Mystic falls for her work
Selena was keeping it to herself and everyone understood why, they couldn't blame her. She stayed with the twins trying to make up for their lost time
Klaus barely spoke to her over the past days. He was busy and she was locking herself with Luna and Kaine in the nursery. He knew that she was scared for their children's life that's why she doesn't leave them out of her sight

"With Hayley and Theo in the Bayou" she informed him and he nodded hesitantly. He didn't trust his children with anyone except himself and Selena but he decied to not say anything about it
"There you are, finally!" Klaus thre his hands in the air causing Selena to smile while Elijah was hanging his coat
"I was delayed" Elijah told them and she nodded in understanding
"Our guest of honour will be here momentarily" Klaus smirked causing Selena to roll her eyes
"Behave yourself" she warned him and he shrugged innocently with a smirk
