Selena parked her car in the Bayou, she got out and made her way to Hayley's grave to see Naomi standing there as tears streaming down her cheeks freely, the blonde really felt like a huge part of her was taken away from her and it was so painful
"Hey!" Selena greeted with a small smile before rubbing her back "I knew you'd be here"
"It took me a lot to come here, you know" Naomi revealed before she sat down and the brunette followed as she looked at her with a frown "I mean, my brother, my grandmother and then my sister... All my family is slowly leaving me behind"
"I'm here" Selena grabbed her hand before wrapping her arm around her "We still have each other, you have me"
"I can't loose you, Leenie" Naomi whispered softly before wiping her tears and Selena smiled sadly
"You know what my grandmother used to say?" Selena asked rhetorically before taking a breath before looking at the graves "We're rare and powerful but we're kind of cursed. Nature never gives such power without getting something in return. Tragedy follows us wherever we go, I'm starting to believe her... You are a Gray, Naomi, you are family and we don't abandon each other"
"Us Gray don't abandon on each other, right?" Naomi chuckled tearfully quoting their motto and Selena nodded with a small smile "There's something you should know"
"What? Is everything okay?" Selena asked in concern and Naomi nodded in assurance
"You know that when Klaus was away, I still managed to talk to him and met him whenever I got the chance" Naomi said hesitantly and Selena nodded "I kept on asking him why he'd just cut you and the kids off like that. I was kind of annoying but never mind, I still got the answer"
"What is it Naomi?" Selena asked urgently and Naomi took a deep breath
"Five years ago, Klaus was in Russia and he was... He was killing some people" Naomi revealed and Selena looked at her slightly unimpressed "The twins used the astral projection spell and they saw everything... It was the day when he completely stopped talking to you and the kids"
"What?" She breathed out in shock. The twins never mentioned it even when she kept on asking them what happened so she could fix the problem but they never uttered a word
