Scarlett's POV

All eyes were on me and the person I bumped into. So much for not existing. How could all eyes be on me? I only bumped into a person! How popular is the person. I looked up. Oh he was that popular. He had black hair and moved his head so he could get it out of his face. And then his stunning blue eyes came into view. Oh well, but there was something about him, that killed me, that I knew the second I saw him. He was a player. Wait, how long have I been staring, well I wouldn't say he wasn't staring at me 'cause he was staring. Then I felt something warm on my clothes. Eww!!! My lunch spilled all over me, I have to go.

"Sorry I didn't see you!" I said breaking his stare. I stood up and the food went on the floor. I used the tray to pick up the food on the floor and my clothes. Then I headed to the garbage and ran into the girls bathroom. I could've sworn I heard him utter 'It's alright.' It could've been my imagination to.

"Scar! What happened!?" I heard Brittany say to me when she came in. I was annoyed, frustrated, and awfully furious! I never even said she could call me 'Scar'

"What happened!? You guys happened! I was perfectly fine until you said 'Ahh! You can be popular!!!' It's my first day to! Couldn't you guys cut me some slack!" I was obviously annoyed so she left. I called my mom to pick me up and she did, but in a normal car.

When I finally got home, I ran upstairs and put my dirty clothes in the hamper. Then I went into the shower, the water was warm, it feels like I can escape the world when I'm in the bathroom or bathtub. Either way I couldn't just stay here forever! I got out and put on my pajamas, skipping dinner. I sighed in bed, and knew I was too tough on Brittany. Then the door bell rang. My mom wasn't here so I answered. To my surprise it was Brittany and Autumn. I smiled, but I only said the street not number.

"How did you guys get here!?" I askes my voice full of concern.

"Oh, we ditched and knocked on doors all day!" they both said. Here they go again. Then I saw their knuckles they weren't lying.

"You guys could come in, if you want, just watch out for the servants," I said, they gasped.

"How do you and your family find each other? The house is huge!" Autumn yelled trying to make her voice echo.

"Oh no it's just my mom and me," I replied. I regreted letting them come in.

These two were full of questions, and told them it's just a house and that I probably wouldn't stay long. After a while of chatting and eating they left. I released an exasperated sigh. They sure wear you out. This time when I went upstairs sleep came easily.

I hate alarm clocks , I really do. Ugh school, can't wait to embarrass myself. I put on ripped skinny jeans, a tank top with a sweater over it and my converse!

"New record!" I yelled. I congratulated myself and looked in the mirror! Perfect except for glasses.

"Scarlett! Hurry down or you'll be late!" I ran downstairs. I grabbed my bag, keys, and the top half of a bagel. The bagel was basically jumping and having fun. Lucky bagel.

"Yeah, yeah Mom!" I ran to the limo. I so need my own car.

As I got to my final destination, I thought about how the sky looks like a fake background. I mean, like it looks like one doesn't it? I hate school.

"Stop here. Stop at this corner!" I yelled at the driver, waving my arms. He stopped behind some trees.

I ran to the school.

The teacher was obviously annoyed at me. I walked to my seat and sat down. I was basically staring out the window the whole time and then I saw popular-player guy ditching with a girl by his side. The girl then had tears streaming down her face. Seems like my conclusions were right, but I don't wanna get involved with his broken hearted girls or him. I looked away, but I knew I was already involved someway or another.
