*Ten years later*
It's been ten years since the twins defeated Kal. The girls learned to cope with the extra magic without a problem or bloodbath. And the Mikaelsons have never been better. Kol and Davina moved to San Francisco and got married, Hayley and Elijah got married and are living with Klaus in the Compound, Rebekah and Marcel got married and are living in New York. Freya and Keelin bought a house in New Orleans and are happily raising their son Nik.
Emma, Hope, Jack, Landon, and the rest of the Super Squad have all graduated from the Salvatore boarding school and are living their lives happily. Lizzie and MG ended up together and Josie is the new Headmistress. Sam moved away and settled down, got married and had a kid. They all kept in touch over the years but went their separate ways.
As for the twins, Hope and Landon got married and bought a house a few streets away from the compound. They have one son, Rafael, named in memory of their best friend and werewolf alpha.
Emma and Jack have travelled the world and decided to settle down in New Orleans like the majority of their family. They’re happily married with two kids. Their firstborn son, Dean John Mikaelson (DJ for short) being 5 years old, and their youngest daughter, Samantha Mary Mikaelson (Sammy for short) being 1 year old.
