Midoriya's POV
Aizawa led us, or more specifically Todoroki was guiding me as we followed him.Todoroki held on to my arm gently making sure we didn't get separated but also making sure I wasn't being hurt or feeling uncomfortable by the slight pulling.We finally stepped into a room where Aizawa told us to sit down.He handed us something, which I realized was food.We were confused.
"It's lunchtime, and you won't have time to eat in the cafeteria so we're eating here.This is the training room we'll be working in for you Midoriya, it's reserved for lunch periods, training, and after school,"Aizawa explained and I nodded as I felt over the food.It was a sandwich wrapped in foil.I unraveled it and bit down.I quickly ate the sandwich, my hunger apparent."Be careful Midoriya you don't want to chock,"Aizawa warned and I just swallowed hard.
"Where do we start?"I asked as Todoroki kept eating.
"Well first I should ask you, how well do you think you can tell what's happening around you?"Aizawa asked and I paused for a moment before answering.
"I don't really know sometimes I can hear what's going on but never exactly where someone is, and then there're inanimate objects that don't make sounds,"I said with a sigh.
"Hmm, only way to find out your strengths and weaknesses is to test them!"Aizawa said before pulling me up and guiding me to what seemed like the middle of the room."I'm gonna make several noises to see what you can get from that, okay?I'll start with 1,"He said before a pause rang out and then a ring.I could hear it coming from my right.I pointed at it.Another pause.I heard a clicking, this time my left.I pointed there and then a more shorter pause and I heard footsteps.I pointed and followed where the footsteps lead and before I knew it Aizawa was in front of me my finger poking his chest before I retreated it away.
"Good,"he said and I felt an overwhelming happy feeling come over me before he continued."Overall you know where the sounds come from, but what about multiple sounds?"He asked and before I knew it I heard a ring a click and a bang in all directions I tried pointing but ended up losing track of where it was the sound was coming from.Aizawa stopped and he groaned for a moment as he walked back up to me.
"Your not good with multiply noises in multiple places but that can be overcome in time and with more practice but for now try and distinguish where sounds are and then next time we can go from there,"Aizawa said and after a second the bell rang signaling the end of lunch.Todoroki walked up to me the sound of his feet falling lightly against the floor struck into my ear.I grabbed on to his arm lightly.I felt him jerk away slightly before relaxing as I pulled away.
"Sorry just...making sure I know where you are,"I said with an awkward laugh.
"No worries, so I assume Aizawa was helpful?"Todoroki asked and I nodded.
"I know what I have to work on now,"I said proudly."That's all I needed,"

And from then on I practiced my intuition and consciousness about where noises were, my special awareness improved over time as well.And even after a bit Todoroki started helping me with directions, like one time when I guessed where someone was by the sound of there footsteps.
"You're very close, missed them a little bit to the right,"He whispered back and I smiled.I've found my footing and it's time to start my journey.

"How about tomorrow I start teaching you some fighting techniques!"Aizawa yelled out one day after training.
"Are you sure?!"Todoroki asked as I quickly felt excited by the idea.
"No time like the present,"Aizawa said and I could hear the smirk on his lips.I nodded excitedly.
"Let's do it!"And so we did the day after Aizawa taught me some martial arts.
"First you move your arm like this and your leg like this, try to get the stance down too,"He said as he guided my limbs to the right positions.I was stiff at first but ended up learning the ropes slowly.3 weeks of training were paying off and I was able to walk without being guided by Todoroki every second.Sure I lost track of where I was sometimes and had to be guided back to his side but that was becoming few and far between.I was getting the hang of this.And I was in for it.What I haven't gotten used to though is Todoroki sleeping in the same room as me not to mention my bed.Since he's been with me 24/7, we've been sleeping in the same bed and he's basically brought 1/4 of his wardrobe to my room because of his being in my room more often.But there's a sort of casual atmosphere for us.Before the accident it would have made me nervous and anxious to have him in my room changing out of his clothes and being in close proximity of me but now I've gotten used to it.Although the sudden hand on my cheek is still a work in progress.There's no helping the blush that crosses my face whenever he does that.Whenever he gets that close I don't even know if he's aware how that affects me.I doubt he ever will.But right now, in my current state I have to work hard so I can stay by his side.
BAM
I coughed out as reality was brought back to me.Aizawa and I were sparing.He quickly sweeped his leg over the floor hitting my legs full force making me lose my balance and fall.I lost the air that was once in my lungs making me cough out rapidly.I shakily got up my eyebrows furrowing as the black void consumed me and I used my ears, my hearing to aid me.
"Your too stiff, you should pay attention to fighting and not tracking me as much, make it an instinct not a hinderance."Aizawa said and I heard his footsteps hitting the floor one by one.He was walking around me.I listened until I heard the quick impact of his foot against the floor to start a running stride his usual fighting style.And he did.I heard the impact come right toward me.I pivoted my foot as I moved around him before rushing my arm toward his and once I made contact I pushed down hard making his body ram against the hardwood floors of the training room.I pressed my knee against his lower back and restrained him.I heard him cough out before he sighed and relaxed.
"You got me.."He said in surrender.I jumped for joy.
"Yes!My first victory!!"I screamed triumphantly."Out of all 30 of them, this is my first,"I said, giddy and ready to continue."Let's do it again!"I said as I heard him get up, he groaned as he moved around, his clothes rustling and his body stretching as he eased his tense muscles.
"Nah, if you keep fighting me you might get some weird habits, so you have to move on to someone else, Todoroki!"Aizawa yelled out and I realized quickly that my next opponent would be...
"Todoroki?"I asked and I wouldn't say I was worried, I knew I wouldn't be able to hurt him that bad but...I also didn't want to hurt him that much either.I heard his footsteps, light and deliberate.He ran up to us before stopping somewhere in front of Aizawa.
"What?"He asked
"You, are going to be sparring with Midoriya,"He said and there was a pause.
"Right now?"He asked and he almost sounded worried.
"Anything else you need to do?"He asked and Todoroki didn't speak for a moment.
"I don't want to hurt him,"Todoroki said and I could really tell he was worried.
"I'll be fine don't underestimate me,"I said and it took me a minute to realize, I was smiling—no—smirking—not only was this training helping with my physical fighting ability but my confidence as well.And I could tell that gave Todoroki purpose and he accepted the challenge.
"All right,"Aizawa called out as he walked away, probably to the back of the room to try and watch but not interfere."Simple rules, don't aim for anything fatale, arms legs be careful but don't try and break anything, I'll stop you guys if it gets to heated,"Aizawa said and I nodded as I faced Todoroki, I got into my stance and I heard the rustling of his clothes signaling the start of his as well.
"Let's begin,"

I moved around as I listened for any movement on his part.I heard the soft rustling of his clothing signaling his movement.His light footsteps as he trailed in front of me as we went in a circle.I broke the cycle quickly as I charged.I heard his foot slid against the floor and took the opportunity to slid to the right.I was aiming for his vulnerable spot.His back.I heard him step back from me.I charged as I tried to make impact.I kicked him, making light impact as he blocked me, I quickly shot back before he could do the same.I heard his feet slid on the floor as he got ready to make his next move.I moved away quickly as I waited for an opportunity to get closer.
"You've gotten faster,"He commented and I smiled.
"Thanks,"I said and I wasn't just grateful for the complement but also the talking, it's the most reliable way of knowing where he is.I waited for a moment as I heard his footsteps tap against the floor softly before I heard the quick and hard burst of sound making me jump.He was charging at me.I stayed where I was before I heard the rustling of his clothing as I felt around, maneuvering my way around him as he tried punching me.I slid my hand against his arm as I dodged the shot.Before sliding my foot against the floor as I made him lose balance.He hit the floor quickly and I used the opportunity to restrain him.He groaned before trying to get up but failing.He growled and I could feel a heat rising from him.Fire.I jumped up, off of him, unconsciously using my quirk to get my momentum.I felt the raising heat as his flames burst to life.I jumped so high that I was at the ceiling and I used that surface to shot back down and run around him, creating almost a fire tornado.I charged at him and I felt the burning heat.I swiped the flames away the speed of the movement moving the flames.I heard Todoroki growl before he charged at me.We went at each other, punching, and kicking.The momentum never slowing.I grabbed him by the arm and threw him up my quirk becoming more powerful than before.I flew up with him before grabbing onto him, but then so did he.
"You using your quirk,"He said with gritted teeth but I could hear the smirk on his lips.
"So are you,"I said quickly as we fell.
"Haha, I guess, we're getting out of hand..."He said with a chuckle.
"Maybe,"I said with a smile before twisting my body around him as I used my quirk to twirl us around before we landed hard on the floor.We were panting before we started laughing.I heard Aizawa's fast footsteps as he ran toward us.
"Idiots!What the hell do you two think your doing!!This is a sparring match!"Aizawa said as he panted, obviously he was trying to stop us earlier.We paused before laughing again.
"S-sorry, it's just, that was really fun!"I said as I raised my hand."Its been a while since I've used my quirk,"I said as I laid down on the training room floor, my chest still heaving.
"Well at least we know you can fight with your quirk,"He said with a sigh.I giggled before I relaxed on the floor.It went so quickly and it was so exhilarating.My chest felt light, and for the first time, I could see through the brick wall that was in front of me after the accident, and I could see the light and hope of my new future.
