"Kalona's your ancestor!?!" Aphrodite exclaimed.
"Yes." I said still frozen where I sit on Aria's bed.
"I'm gonna go get everyone and stuff for the charms. Megan, your gonna have to tell us the legend, none of us know the whole story." She said. I nod as well as Aria before Aphrodite leaves.
"Are you gonna be okay?"
"I don't know." I said.
"No matter what happens, promise me something."
"What?"
"Promise me you want turn off your humanity." I look at my best friend and take her hand.
"I promise." I said and she smiles. I hug her and we separate when the door starts to open.
Aphrodite and Zoey walk in, Zoey carries a necklace in her hand. Behind them two girls, two boys, and Erik walk in. They all carry items with them.
"I'm Shaunee." A girl with long dark chocolate hair (like mine and Aria's) along with amber colored eyes said,a gold bracelet in hand.
"I'm Erin." A girl with long straight blonde hair paired with dark blue eyes smiled, while holding a silver anklet with bells on it.
"I'm Damien." A guy with short light brown hair with kind brown eyes said. He's gripping onto a blue bowtie.
"And I'm Jack." A guy with long blonde hair and blue eyes said while he holds onto a red handkerchief.
I look at Erik and he smiles at me as he sits next to me. He holds a silver bracelet that reminds me of a chain. I smile at him too before Aria speaks.
"I'll enchant all of your items while Megan explains." She said and then everyone hands there stuff to her. Aphrodite hands Aria a pair of black socks. "I'll go to the bathroom so I don't interrupt." Aria said and walks into the attached bathroom with everyone's things.
"So, I caught Megan and Aria up on Stark and Stevie Rae. They know I'm human. Oh and Megan is like Stevie Rae and the Red Fledglings. Aria, as I told you, is a witch. She knows the spell from my vision and about Kalona's. They both do, but Megan knows the entire story because Kalona is her ancestor." Aphrodite said. Everyone but Erik and Aphrodite gasped.
"We're here so she can tell us the story. Megan?" Aphrodite said.
I take a steady Brett and close my eyes for a second. I open thrm and start to retell the legena that I hears from my Aunt about my ancestor, Kalona. I guess my Aunt must've been a werewolf.
"First you should know that a Tsi Sgili are Cherokee witches, only do not be deceived by the title 'witch'. They do not follow the peaceful, beautiful ways of Wicca. A Tsi Sgili lives as an outcast, separate from the tribe. They are evil, through and through. They delight in killing;they revel in death. They can torture and kill with the ane li sgi." I said.
"What does that mean?" Damien asked.
"It means they are powerful psychics and can kill with their minds." I state. I watch as they all exchange looks. "Do you know of a Tsi Sgili?"
"Neferet has psychic abilities." Aphrodite said.
"So, was Kalona one of the Tsi Sgili?" Erik asked.
"No, Kalona is worse;much worse. The Tsi Sgili are evil and dangerous, but they are human and can be dealt with as any human can." I pause, taking another deep breath.
"Kalona was the father of the Raven Mockers and he was not human. People call him and his twisted offspring demons, but that's not really accurate. The best way to describe Kalona is as an angel."
