Tim lifted up his grapple gun and shot at a corner on a nearby building. It's reel power pulled him up to the top, where he could get a better view of Ace Chemicals.

He knew he wouldn't be able to get in through the front. Scarecrow would have it heavily gaurded. He thought of a couple options: through the main elevator shaft , or break through the only window he saw. Breaking a window would make noise. If he could get in and silently take out Scarecrow, it would be easier on the both of them.

Tim jumped off the building, and immediately released and grabbed the ends of his cape, allowing him to glide to the top of the Ace Chemicals building. The main elevator shaft had an opening located on the roof but it's top opening needed a pass code to enter. Tim walked quickly to the box, and pulled out a cryptographic desequencer. This device allowed him to find sound waves high or low enough to break locks that were electronic.

It wasn't too hard for him. He had broken though harder locks at places like Arkham Asylum, the LexCorp building, and even a couple places in Bludhaven. After the desequencer broke through the lock the shaft opened up, and Tim went down in. He went down cautiously, for if he slammed down, it would make too much noise and alert Scarecrow's men inside. When he landed, he opened the top of the elevator, and dropped down. Now he just had to hope that there wasn't anybody outside the doors. He turned on detective vision, but he couldn't see through the doors clearly. Tim thought about it for a second, and then opened the doors.

Past the doors was hallway to the central mixing chamber, a spot where Scarecrow could easily configure and create a fear toxin bomb big enough to cover both Gotham and Metropolis. He found himself in a long corridor, there he sprinted down the hall, and to the right towards the chemical testing unit. He stopped suddenly and took cover as he heard some men's voices around the corner.

"Yeah. He's seriously gone. Scarecrow killed him out by scarin' him to death" one of the goons said. Scarecrow obviously didn't tell them that Bruce was still alive, nor did he tell them his secret identity. The goon stood next to another two men as they continued their conversation.

"I heard he isn't dead," another henchman said, " I heard that Scarecrow is just messing with our heads."

And with that, Tim decided to make his move. There were three men, all armed. Nothing a little smoke pellet can't do. He armed a pellet, and threw it into the midst of the henchmen. They all coughed and sputtered, but not one of them thought to yell. Taking advantage of the situation, Tim then went into the cloud of smoke, ready to take action. He grabbed the first man by the back of the neck, and slammed his head against the wall. One down, two to go. Luckily for Tim, they were bouncing all over the place, and in a matter of seconds, Tim smashed their heads together knocking them both out.

When the smoke cleared, Tim took all three of the bodies, but a adhesive over their mouth and hands, and put them all in the closest broom closet. No point in knocking them out only for them to get back up.

He traveled down the hall and into the room for the central mixing chamber, and he opened the door.

"Time to have a little chat," Tim thought to himself.
