Barbaras morning routine was a repetative one. She normally would get up, take a shower, eat breakfast and go to work. But this morning, she did it a little different. She put on a tad bit of makeup, and she let her hair down. She always had it in a bun, to keep it out of the way. But today she wanted to look nice.

As she went into the elevator on her floor, she breathed heavily on her glasses, wiped them off with her shirt, and put them on her face. The door opened up and she left the lobby.

She had only been to S.T.A.R. Labs once when she was younger and it looked exactly the same. Its entrance was filled with paintings and chairs. Barbara went over to the receptionist, and her head just reached over the counter due to her being in a wheelchair.

The recpetionist was a young, blonde haired woman, who wore a very revealing whitte button up shirt. Her breasts were obviously fake, but she liked to show them off. Barbara was greeted by, "Heh, what can I help you with?" She didn't like the womans attitude, so she replied with "Yes. Im looking for Dr.Spire."

"4th floor, room 1" she replied. Barbara quickly wheeled out of sight from the receptionist, whom she dreaded having to see if she ever came back. She opened the elevator, went inside and hit the button with the 4 on it.

The 4th floor began with a corridor with no doors or windows. At the end of the baren corridor, were two signs on the wall. One pointed right and said "Rooms 40-95" and the other pointed left and said "Room 1-39."

So she headed left. She rolled down until she saw a door with the number 1 on it. Under it, was the name Dr. Jacob Spire. She knocked, and walked in.

Dr.Spire was a tall man with dark brown hair, and his glasses were falling off his face a little bit. "Ahh, Miss Gordon I presume?" Barbara nodded her head and wheeled over to his desk.

"Im so glad you came in. Now let's not waste any time. The doctors here at S.T.A.R. Labs have been studying body reconstrucion," he said," and they think that you will be the perfect candidate for the procedure."

Barbara stared at him for a little bit before answering, "So how do you know this won't kill me?"

The doctor looked at her and said, "Heh, well actually we don't. Its an expiremental procedure. We have very high hopes though." She didn't know what to think. But she needed this. The rewards outweighed the risks. "We need you to fully understand that this is expiremental, and confidential. We don't want everybody coming to us to get their body parts repaired. Not yet at least hehe."

"Were do I sign up?" Barbara said as she picked up a pen.
