Surviving Rest Of The First Day

After Maths AP  and History 2nd period, we had break next. Sam text me she was going to meet by my locker, I was fiddling around with my phone until everyone's voice went surprisingly low, I looked up and saw about 7 boys emerge through the hall way all talking in Spanish and may I add looking sexy.

So they must be the South siders, they all were boys all surprisingly were very good looking they all had that tatto I saw on Alex earlier peeking out of their arms but were covered by their black shirt. I gazed at them I saw how no one dared looked at them on the eye how everyone that were anywhere near them just scooted out of the way for them to pass and none of the mexican boys noticed they were too into their conversation to notice how the air went all chilly when they walked in. Suddenly a paticular boy caught my eye in their group, I intook a sharp breath Alex. He looked like he was in a deep conversation with the guy beside him, like he suddenly felt someones eyes on him his eyes snapped towards mine and he winked! I gasped. He winked at me, I dint even know him and he winked at me my heart just did a loop di loop and i swear I felt my stomach errupt with butterflies, i dint even know why everything about him screamed TROUBLE. Then he said with his smooth voice "Chica, close your mouth you might attract flies" then I swear my heart stopped, I shut my mouth and turned around to my locker pretending to be busy. "Deje el nuevo North Sider solo Alex( Leave the new North sider alone Alex" his friend said in amusement,good thing Spanish was one of my strongest subject, then someone grabbed my arm and spun me around, it was Sam.

I let out a sigh of relief then she dragged me to the toilet. "Sam let go, I am fine really" I said in confident, I really dint care what happened out there it wasnt a big deal, jerks say that stuff all the time she dint have to over react! "Why the hell was Alejandro Romero even talking to you, Ellie he's like the worst one out of all of them in the school" she screamed at me. "Sam what the hell calm down, he's in my Maths class, I havent spoken to him he just winked-" "He WHATT?!?"Sam screamed "Umm winked then I had my mouth open and he told me to shut it or I'll attract flies" I said flatly. "So thats it " she asked. "Yeah thats it Sam, what do you think happened, he dint give me death threats if thats what you're thinking" I said jokingly. She just looked at me blankly "Well sorry I panicked, Alex never useally talks to us well the 'white chicks' as he says so when I saw you two I kinda was gonna text the football team aha" she let out a weak smile. "Wow, you guys really hate eachother dont you the North and the South's?" "We're supposed to, Ellie you havent seen what these guys are capable of they are trouble and dangerous kay? Stay away far away as possible". I knew that was supposed to scare me, but i just became more attracted to Alex, maybe it was the dangerous vibe and me being the good girl I never had danger in my life ever, I was the girl who played safe!

3rd and 4th period with Sam went by. We had alot in common she was an only child, she loved to shop, she had a demanding mum and she also played it safe. We grabbed our lunch and I saw Jade in the corner with a boy and 2 girls, I smiled at her she smiled back then Sam dragged me to her table introducing me to everyone! You could tell this was my table the jocks and cheerleader's! I got introduced to the guys and girls. I was sitting in between Sam and Matt the quaterback he was quite funny and cute, he reminded me of my ex that I left back in Florida. David, I was kinda glad we were over I never really liked him but my friends and mum forced me to be with him as we fit the tile as 'the perfect golden couple' head cheerleader with the captain! I liked him as a friend but nothing more.

"So Ellie, you tyring out for the cheerleading team this afternoon" Maisy asked, she was the head cheerleader and she was suprisingly nice and kind. I knew it wasnt an act, you could just tell he boyfriend was Dan he was a jock they were quite a cute pair."Yeah I am Maisy, cant wait to start cheering again. I really missed it" I hadn't really missed it but it felt like something right to say, something my mum would've wanted me to. "Cool!" She flashed her amazing dimpled smile that I just had to return.
