Maisy was waiting outside for me, as soon as she saw me she rolled down her window and shouted "Hop On". And I did.
"So whats up Mase?" I asked. "No Ell, its not me I wanted to talk about its you so what did Alex and his ruthless gang bangers say to you" she looked at me in such a way I couldnt lie.
So I told her everything that happened not leaving one single bit out, okay maybe I did leave the whole Alex being freaking HOT and me blushing everytime i saw him even when I dint even know him bit. She listened and just nodded along. "Look Ellie, I know you're new and stuff but you gotta understand he's TROUBLE! I know everyones probably gave you the same lecture 1000 times but-" she hesitated "-I am not gonna tell you what to do and not to do, and who to hang out with but if I was you I'd choose the safe option and hang with the people that you will relate to more you know... Alex and his friends uhh you know arent really that right for you they have probably commited more crimes than everyone in our and East sides put together times a 100! He carries a gun to school sometimes for gods sake!" I was a bit shocked by her sudden confirntation, wow these people really feared the other side. "Yeah okay Mase I understand I will stay away okay? Its not like any of them wanted to be best friends with me in the first place" I said, at my words she calmed down a bit. "Like I said Ellie if I was different I would hang out with them but I am not and you arent either" I kinda understood what she was saying.
We just drove around seeing as both of us dint want to get outta the car cause we're just that lazy! We played 21 questions asking eachother stupid questions like you favourite colour, fav band, first high school crush.....Her first high school crush turened out to be Dan hmmm I envy their relationship already. She dropped me home and Mum was waiting with dinner.
"Hey hun, you're trying for the cheer squad tommorow right?" she asked, i swear she was more into this than me. "Yeah" I mumbled. She talked about her day while i nodded and thought about everything that happened in my first day. I am tottally avoiding this Alex dude no matter what from now on sure he's hot,dangerous,handsome but looks can be decieving, I dint even know him properly. I went upstairs to watch tele and hoped to fall asleep.
