It was weird. The visit provided more comfort than intended. Maybe it was the reinsuring or the fact that Dream seemed like he cared.

You found yourself walking to the hotel once again. Sam Nook standing in front of it, his eyes kept wandering to the clock placed in the lobby.

You walked away, afraid to tell Sam Nook the bad news. It was silent without Tommy. It reminded you of the old days when we just had discovered the land. Dream would be busy building wooden planks, Sapnap would be building his house or taking care of his fish, Alyssa would go AWOL then come back again.

But once Tommy had come, you would expect a war or some type of conflict going on.

I remember when Technoblade read the book to me. It was romance but it wasn't the Barbie and Ken or the Romeo and Juliet. I don't think you could even call it a romance story. They were just like everyone else.

Living their lives, hoping for a better explanation, and in the end, it was too late to save each other. They both had been consumed by the darkness we call life...
