4: Testing Time Travel & Steve Gets His Shield Back

The next day

Steve leans on the wall discouraged. Then he heard an engine roar. An Audi races up the drive. It stops the window rolling down to reveal Macy...and Tony. Both of them are wearing sunglasses, and Macy's hair is in a French braid that she did.

"Why the long face? Wild guess he turned into a baby?" Tony asks and Macy and him get out of the car and walk towards Steve.

"Among other things." Steve said and Macy laughed a little wishing that she was there to see what happened. Because she would get a good laugh at it, and then tell her father about it.

"EPT Paradox. Instead of pushing Lang through time, you were pushing time through Lang. It's dangerous I probably should've cautioned you against it." Tony said and they walked towards the trunk of the car.

"You did." Steve said and he quickly brought Macy into a hug and let go of the hug.

"Thank God I'm here. Regardless, I fixed it." Tony said to Steve.

"That is a fully functioning, time-space GPS. I just want peace. Resentment is corrosive. I hate it." Tony said and Macy just stood there shocked of how her father and Steve finally getting along, she's been waiting for this for years.

"Me too." Steve said smiling at Tony, and Macy has a huge cheeky grin on her face.

"You two are getting along yay. I've been waiting for this forever. All of my years finally paid off I guess." Macy said and she couldn't help but smile at the two adults.

"Yeah I guess." Steve said smiling at Macy.

"We've got a shot at the stones. I just need to know my priorities. Bring back everyone we lost. Hopefully. Keep what I found definitely. And let's not die trying." Tony said and Macy and Steve nodded their heads at Tony, and Macy smiled when her father said that the two people rnay she wants to being back are Taylor and Sadie. Because those are the two that Macy was mostly close to over the years, out of the whole girl group. Sadie would still be a pain in the butt Macy still loved Sadie either way.

Steve looks at Tony and Macy but mostly Tony. Finally he offers his hand.

"Sounds like a deal." Steve said and Tony finally shook their hands.

"But wait, there's more. Act now, and it comes with a bonus offer." Tony says and Steve gives Tony a look, before following Macy to the back of the car.

Macy pops the trunk, Steve stares at the blonde on what's in her hands. His shield.

"Macy I don't know-" Steve said not knowing what to say and he briefly remembers what happened during the fight between Macy, Tony, him, Bucky and also Bella years ago.

"What to know? He made it for you. Plus I gotta get it out of the garage before Morgan takes it sledding." Tony said and Macy laughed.

"Where would the fun be in that?" Macy smirked at her father and he poked her cheek and she swatted his hand away and Tony laughs a little at his oldest daughter.

Steve finally picks up the shield sliding it in his arms.

"Thank you Tony." Steve said and Macy was just smiling in bliss.
