Lola:
Three months later
I wake up, a wet feeling between my legs. I groggily start get out of bed, thinking I had wet myself. After all, you don't always have full control of your bladder when you're pregnant, with the baby pushing against it.
I was sitting up when I felt the first wave of pain. I groaned, wrapping my arms around my belly in hopes of finding comfort.
"Dan," I call out, and he gets up immediately. "What do you need, honey?" he asks, rubbing the sleep from his eyes. "It's time," I answer.
Everything moves in fast forward. Dan grabs the bag we'd packed for our stay at Jenna's, and I make a trip through the house, double checking that we didn't forget anything. We rush out to the car, and he buckles me in, racing to Jenna's house.
He dials our friends once we're safely on the roads. "We're on our way to Jenna's; the baby is coming," he says quickly before hanging up.
When we pull into the driveway, Jenna is standing outside waiting for us. She ushers me inside and gets me settled in the room Selena was in when she had Alduin.
The waves of pain are coming faster now. Dan stands by my side, and every time a contraction hits I squeeze his hand and groan. Jenna gives me something for the pain, which makes it slightly more bearable.
Soon, Selena and Phil stumble into the room, Alduin in Sel's arms. They both have sleepy smiles on their faces, although Selena's is tinged with worry as she hands Alduin to Phil and moves to stand at my other side. Soon after they arrive, Eli and Isaac show up, opting to stay in the living room. A few minutes later, and Phil goes and joins them.
Three hours later....
After hours of painful labor, my daughter is in my arms. I stare at my perfect angel, a trembling finger tracing her perfect features.
I can't stop staring at my daughter in awe. She's beautiful. We've been through a lot these past few months, but we survived, and I've never been happier. I feel like nothing could ever go wrong again with her in my arms, out of harm's way.
My beautiful Astrid Lalia.

Hey! This is the end of the story. I am so emotional. This however isn't the end for these characters. I plan on writing a sequel, dealing with the two children. It won't be up for a while though. I plan on trying to finish some other stories before starting this sequel.
What do you think about this story? Who was your favorite character? Why? Who was your least favorite character? Why? Favorite part of the story? Predictions for the sequel? What would you like to see in the sequel?
Thank you for going through this journey with me. It has been a long ride but we made it to the end. Thank you all for reading. It means so much to me!
