Pain that’s the first thing Amy felt. Her neck was sore as if she slept on it wrong again. She started to move her hand to her neck to soothe the pain, but her arm couldn’t move any further than away from her side. In panic Amy tried to sit up, but was stopped by something restraining her. It was almost pitch black and she couldn’t see anything, but she knew that there was metal on her wrists. Handcuffs? And that she was lying on some sort of cot.
She had been abducted by some freak who took that Riahnna song a bit too seriously where “chains and whips excite me.” God this was twisted. Well at least I’m not dead she thought to herself. But the thought of being stuck in the basement most likely of a sex obsessed freak was a bit too much for her to take.
If she screamed it would be no good, she was obviously somewhere no one else could hear her. She needed to think. She needed a way out. Amy lifted her wrists to test the slack of the handcuffs. It was enough for her to raise her wrists maybe 5 inches up. Next she tested her feet ,ok, ankles not restrained that was a start.
As Amy started to maneuver her body in a position to try and escape she heard the sound of shoes on metal and the sound of keys. Oh God someone was coming. She swung her legs back on the cot, and closed her eyes. Maybe if they thought she was sleeping they would leave her alone. Even with her eyes closed Amy saw the light enter the room then she heard someone swear under their breath.
Maybe another time Anton she laughed in her head at the small victory. Then maybe not she heard footsteps approaching the cot. Damn!
“I haven’t seen legs like that in a while love.” A hand started to touch Amy’s now embarrassingly revealed legs.
“Hands off jack ass!” Amy’s eyes shot open… That wasn’t Anton. Instead of the military looking brown haired deceiver standing in front of her was a rough looking guy probably eighteen by the looks of him with hair that looked silver, it might have been the light, but she couldn’t help herself from staring.
Then she remembered. “I mean it, hands off!” she tried to kick the guy.
He raised his hands in mock surrender, a smirk on his face. “So this is what’s on the otherside…” he mumbled the lifted his cap and ran his hand through his hair obviously conflicted about something.
“You’re obviously not the one who took me so if you could do me a favor could you help me out a bit… love.” Amy said trying not to attract attention to herself from outside of the room as this guy carelessly left the door open.
“Sarcastic are ya? Well let’s not make assumptions here. What if I wanted you laying here ready for me?”
“Ha ha. I really don’t care, whatever you want money? I’ll give it to you. Just unchain me damn it!”
“Well only ‘cause you asked nicely.”
Amy just looked at this guy incredulously! He just finds a girl lying chained to a bed someplace and he just shrugs and acts playfully like this was some game of hide and seek and he was looking for her all along. It was taking longer than she expected to become unchained. Amy looked to her side to see the guy carefully trying each key on a ring of probably twenty. You have to be kidding me! She wanted to scream.
“Do you have any idea what you’re doing?”
“Well it’s not like this was part of my plan.” He said in frustration motioning to all of Amy while looking for the next key.
“Did you even have a plan in the first place? Speaking of which where the hell am I? Who are you? Where’s Anton I want to rip that son of a bitches throat out!...” Click
“Found it.” The silver haired guy put the keys in his pockets.
“Hey what’s that door doing open?” “Go check it out” Voices in the hall rang followed by the sound of shoes running on metal.
“Damn” The guy cursed under his breath. I helped him take off the cuffs.
“If you hadn’t been bitching a second ago they wouldn’t be coming!”
“Please if you had just shut the door this wouldn’t be a problem.” Amy said standing up trying to stay balanced she was a little shaky probably side effects of whatever Anton put in her neck.
“I assume you can run?” Silver haired dude mocked. He grabbed Amy’s wrist and started running. They came out of the room to reach a long hallway lined with many rooms with large black doors like the one she was in a second ago. What was this a mass abduction?
“Hey stop!” Amy turned her head to see two large men in all white military like gear. “Aww hell no!” She yelled and continued running with her mysterious savior down the long hallway. There was a sharp corner they took to an identical looking hallway this one though had a large door that looked like something from a submarine at the end.
This door was outlined in red and Amy took that as a good enough designation for an exit. Keep running Amy focused on her goal nothing else was important. Aim for the door!
“Ahhh!” The ground seemed to reach up and pull Amy to the floor. She looked behind her, the ground really had grabbed her. Looking down Amy discovered her shoe was incased in the metal floor.
“Pull your damn foot out of the shoe!” The guy yelled.
“What just happened?” I shot back trying to pull my foot out of the laced boot now completely encase in metal.
“Metafin.” He said and as if on cue the two guards came around the corner.
“Told you I got her Nix..” The guard was cut off and he fell to his knees grasping his throat his partner desperately shaking him. Amy stopped struggling with her foot and stared in disbelief. The guy started to breathe again and rough hands were under her arms yanking Amy from the shoe “I was trying to buy you time and you just stop? You should try thinking with that pretty little head of yours.” He said out of breath.
Now missing a shoe Amy ran toward the door with new purpose as the men were right behind her. Almost there maybe ten more steps! …
Five more steps …
She was there. The guy took the handle on the door and opened it to her surprise they were met by the sound and feel of wind pouring in on them! Amy looked out they were in the air! On a plane?
“I’m not jumping.” She yelled over the wind.
“You were the one wanting rescuing weren’t you?” He grabbed her by the waist pressing her against his body and jumped.
