A what?

As the party progressed, i was enjoying it alot more than i thought. I stuffed my face with so much food, danced until me, ginny and hermione literally dropped. Snuck some prototypes of lollies with the twins in the lolly area and watch people grow beards, turned their hair pink and my favorite, grew a hugeeee tongue. The boring part was Arthur introduced us to important ministry people, they were old and boring.

It was 9:00pm and the party finished at 10:00pm so i thought i would take a walk in the back garden before we go.

I snuck out so i wouldn't be followed by my friends. It was a dirt path, i took my shoes off i could walk properly, As i walked through the garden, the scent of all the different flowers filled my lungs. i was walking for about 10 minutes and i found this seat looking out on fields among fields. The stars were shining so brightly and the moon highlighting the walk way.

I felt content, calmed, but although for the relaxing feeling, i started to get a off feeling as i could hear the soft background music become even softer. I looked down at my watch, 9:35pm, shit i should go soon, i thought to myself. I one last deep breath, taking in the scenery and pulled myself out of the chair.

"not smart to be out here all along" I was taken back by the comment, i spun around to see them. "Draco" i sighed at him, "what the hell is wrong with you! you scared me half to death!" i laughed at him, but he kept an emotionless face.

"you shouldn't be out here along, it isn't safe" His expression now turned to worried. He grabbed my arm to walk me back to the house.

"wait" i halted and stared at the boy. "Emily, stop this, let's get back, then we'll talk" He stared at me.

"not until you tell me why you've been ignoring me all summer, and the other two! we are your bestfriends dray, what's the matter with you?"

He put his head down, "nothing, i've been busy"

"doing what!? you don't have a job, nor any other friends to hang out with!" i snapped back. This was the first time he spoke to me all night, all summer for that, there was something going on.

"emily right now isn't the time, it isn't safe, i promise i'll stop being a dick and i'll spend all day with you guys tomorrow on the train" He grabbed my arm to try pull me back.

"smartest thing that's come out your mouth boy" Lucious now appeared around the corner. Draco jaw clenched as he saw them. "Father, we were just heading back to the party"

"wait" he spoke back calmly, "i want Emily to meet a friend of ours"

"no, they can meet us back at the house" Draco stood in front of me as he saw her coming from around the corner

"Oh have you forgot Lucious? we've met before, she didn't rather like me though"

"bellatrix?!" I exclaimed

Draco and i went to turn around, but that's when we realised we were surrounded by death eaters. "what is this" i asked

"aw didn't Draco tell you? you're gonna be one of us dear, like a true family" Bellatrix stepped closer.

"oh in your dreams- wait we?" i looked over to Draco who put his head down and looked away.

"you joined them! Draco.. your a death eater!how could you!"

"i didn't have a choice!"

"yeah okay whatever, this was a nice little family reunion but i must get going now" I went to step away but Draco grabbed my arm.

I looked down at his hand and back to him, he head tears in his eyes, but not escaping just yet.

"my dear, your power-" Bellatrix started before i cut her off.

"i don't care about this 'power' i told you before and i'll tell you again, i rather DIE then join you" i looked to Draco and shook my head at him. He didn't let go of me, he couldn't even look at me.

Lucious stepped forward, "oh shut up, when your power surfaces, you'll be the most powerful which of your time, you need help to control it, the mark will help"

"then i'll kill myself" i spat back.

"don't you wanna know your power?" Bellatrix smiled wickedly at me, i just looked back. "my dearest daughter, you possess a power that with a scream can shatter, move, injure or kill people and sense death before it occurs" She twirled her wand between her fingers. "what?" i replied back.

"It's a ancient Greek witch tribe, you get it from your father's disgusting mother, they called themselves, Banshee's."

" A what?"

"A Banshee, Your scream holds the aspect of life and death itself. You can sense death before it even happens and can end a life with a tiny yelp"

I looked down and tried to block out her voice, "let go of me, or when my power arises, you'll be the first person i'll hunt down."

She laughed at me, Draco arms still clenched on my arm.

"EM? EMILY?" in the distant, the twins, Arthur and Ginny were calling for me. I smiled relieved

"that's your cue" I spat at her.

The yells got closer and she sunk back into the flower beds, taking the other death eaters with her. Lucious started to walk away, Draco looked at me and let go, before he could say anything Lucious called out for him, "go on, daddy's calling" i scoffed at him and he walked away, leaving me standing alone in the field.

"what the hell just happened" i said to myself

"oh there you are!" Fred came up behind me and hugged me. "sorry i went for walk i was on my way back" i smiled at him as he pecked my lips and walked back with my hand in hand.

I looked behind and saw Bellatrix stand out and stare at me with an evil grin. I knew i couldn't tell them what i was or about what just happened. especially that Draco is now a death eater. Looks like i won't be seeing much of him anymore.
