UNEXPECTED LOVER - A Fred Weasley story

"uh - Emily?"

i sighed and looked up at Fred who eyes were stuck on the person behind me. I turned my head facing the person behind and sighed again.

"Draco." i said in a monotone voice.

"look i don't want to start another argument, i just want to talk" i said shyly. "alone" looking up to Fred.

"why can't you just say what you have to say." i snapped back, he continued starting at me. I turned back to face Fred and placed a kiss on his cheek, "i'm going to deal with this guy and i'll meet you at the feast" He nodded and me and walked off towards the castle, taking one last look back.

"make it quick" i said turning back to Draco.

"i'm supposed to be giving a last warning, Emily your dangerous, only growing to your power, i- we can help you" he subtly smiled up to me.

"Draco... i don't need your help! i don't want your help! i'm not turning into someone bad for help. i can work this out, i have people who are good people that can help me" i said, holding back tears.

"yeah, like who?" he spat back.

i couldn't say anything, he knew i can't bring myself to talk anybody about it. A tear streamed down my face. "next time you talk to me, make sure it's the old Draco i'll be talking to, the one who my was bestfriend, the one who isn't evil. i miss Dray." i turned around and walked back to the castle, chocking back on tears, i don't get why this was upsetting me so much.

I walked into the castle and stood looking over the lake before entering the great hall. "EMILY" two people shouted as they both hugged me at the same time.

"Pansy! Blaise!" i wrapped my arms around them. They took a step step and smiled so happily, they had no idea about me and Draco.

"you haven't owled me all summer! what happened to you?" Blaise noticed the water in my eyes.

"oh nothing! i'm just glad to see you guys i missed you! i was just busy this summer" i tried to joke around with them.

"funny that's excatly what Draco said, and he looked just as depressed as you do. What's going on Emily?"  Pansy took my hand and looked straight into my eyes.

"what? I- Draco and i had a fight, we aren't talking right now, it doesn't matter" i took my hand out of hers.

Blaise took a step closer to me and put his hand on my shoulder, "Em, you guys will get through it, come on let's eat" I pushed away from him.

"no no, i don't want to sit there, i don't want to see him. i don't want anything to do with him. i don't care if he is family" a single tear fell down my cheek.

"Em, don't be like that" Pansy snapped.

"n- no i- you guys just don't understand " i huffed and continued walking straight into the Great Hall.

I walked over towards Fred and plunked next time him and Hermione. Fred looked worryingly at me, i smiled at him to assure him i was okay. Though he could tell i wasn't. At the same point Pansy and Blaise walked and looked at me sorrily, i turned my head to grab food. Hermione bent over to me to whisper, "what's that about, are you okay?"
