"The beach?" Violet asked.
"Yeah! It's a holiday tomorrow, so why not go to the beach!" Max said.
"Too many people idiot. What if one of us transforms?" Izumi asked.
"You're in a school filled with hundreds of people. What will a beach do?" Max asked.
"He does have a point, but I think it just would be safer if we went to the Carow private part of the beach." Mia said.
"Yeah, it is far away from the estate, but the chances of running into the family are very likely." Max said.
"It's not that bad." Izumi said.
"Well, then it is settled." Violet said.

"Beach, beach, beach..." Violet cheered as they walking towards a spot. There were people here and there.
"Here then." Max said and put the umbrella down. They threw their towels down on the ground.
"Izumi?" a woman asked coming closer with her husband next to her.
"W-what? Mom? What are you two doing here?" Izumi asked.
"We're taking a little vacation." the woman said.
"Alice wants to see you immediately." the man said.
"I'll go when I want to and that won't be anytime soon." Izumi said.
"Why do you always need to rebel against us?!" the woman shouted.
"Hey, Violet, let's go for a swim." Max said and led her to the water and away from the arguing people.
"Is that Izumi's parents?" she asked as the water gently washed over her feet.
"Yeah. We all don't have good relationships with our parents. I'd say Izumi's is the best there is." Max said.
"Oh." Violet said as they went deeper into the water. She noticed that he wasn't going to take off his shirt. She guessed it was a personal choice. She was wearing a long-sleeved swimsuit, after all, so she couldn't judge. Max bent down until the water reached his chin.
"I don't mean to be nosy, but you all said there are eight shifters?"
"It's okay, I don't mind. It's normal to have questions. Yeah, Me, Izumi, Mia are only three. Zoë is the horse." he said.
"Wow, really?! I didn't even notice." Violet said.
"Yeah. Then there are the raven and tiger who lives in the estate with Zoë. I don't know the fox's location though. He's here and there and then he's out of the estate. The eighth shifter is unknown to me, unfortunately. " Max said.
"Fox?" Violet asked.
"Yeah, Izumi doesn't like him." Max said.
So you are a part of them then Violet thought as she smiled to herself. She looked back at Izumi who was now trying to ignore his mother's talking as Mia tried to calm the mother down.
"Oh no. The sun is bright. I should go get my hat." Violet said. She walked over to their spot and searched for her hat.
"Why won't you just for once listen to your parents?!" Mrs. Carow shouted.
"Because I hate your decisions!" Izumi said. She finally found her hat.
"Y'know what? I don't care what you do. I'm going. " Izumi said and walked over to Violet.
