Paradox

Chapter 10

My drama is already on the production process. I feel good because I could finally starting to act again and my mind seems getting busy with their own business.

The nightmare though...is still here with me. I try to get some sleep while I'm on break time since I couldn't get some a good sleep at night.

"It's your turns after this, Mila."

I nod my head, "Mila, we need to touch up your makeup. The circle in your eyes got really bad. You didn't catch some sleep, are you ?" My manager ask me.

"I can't sleep in peace at night. The nightmare keep coming." I said.

"Maybe you should get some help."

I shook my head, " What if they ask me to take sometime off ? I can't do that. My drama just starts and I'm so excited with it." I said to my manager.

"How long you will be like this ?" He ask me again.

I look at him and leave him. I can't talk about this anymore. I need to work to keep my mind busy and in order to keep my nightmare stay away from me.

'How are you ?'

Aslan has been talks to me alot. Since I told him that he is becoming a part of my nightmare, he starts to taking care of me.

'Good. I just finish one of my scene.'

'Come outside, I have a surprise for you.'

I walk towards the parking lot and I saw a coffee truck. Aslan send a coffee truck to me, in order to supporting my new drama.

I took a quick photos with the truck and post it on my instagram. A lot of people are already knowing our friendship. They're surprised at first but after that some of them seems like making a social media account that related to us.

Even they know that we are childhood friends, but me and Aslan trying to hide the fact that we used to date long ago.

When the clock hitting midnight, I've just done with my last scene for today. "Thank you for your hardwork." Said the crew and I say the same thing to them.

Another sleepless night. I look around my room, I think I need to see my psychiatrist or I will got more affected with this nightmare.

My phone ringing suddenly and I see Aslan's name.

"I knew it..You will be sleepless again." He said once our phone connects.

I can't help bu laugh, "Yea..I only need two hours sleep and ten hours working."

Aslan didn't say anything for a while. "What if you get some help ?" He ask me.

I clear my throat, "I'm thinking about it. But I still need to finish the drama first."

"You could always go to the psychiatrist and work on your project, you know." He said to me.

I nod my head, " I know, I just afraid what if they ask me to take sometime off ?"

"The most important thing is you get to talk to someone who capable to help you with your nightmare." He said to me.

"I could go with you.." he said again..not sure, If I was okay with that. "Thank you, Aslan." I said to him.

I walk towards my room for touching up my makeup when my manager run towards me. "Aslan is waiting on you." He said.

I raise my eyebrows at him, "Aslan ?" I ask him and he nod his head.

"And...he ask me if you any agenda for tomorrow. You got a day off on the weekend though, so I told him that you are free..is it okay, right ?" He ask me.

I nod my head, "Yeah, can you give us a second ?", he nod his head and walk away.

When I get into my room, I see Aslan sitting on the sofa, busy with his phone. Today the color of his hair is white, it's fit him though

"What an honoured to have you here." I said to him.

He smile at me, "Hey, are you done today ?"

I shook my head, "No, I still have two scenes to record." I told him.

He nod his head, "Before I forget, can you spare me sometime this weekend?" He ask me.

"Do I really need to answer that? You already asked my manager about it." I said to him and my makeup team already starting their works.

"Let's go somewhere nice." He said to me.

"Where ?"

"Somewhere far from the city. We could enjoy a refreshing air, not many people will know us...have some a great food..looking at the stars at night." He said.

I smile at him, "stargazing huh ? I thought you are not a fan of stargazing.."

"If you like it then I could learn to like it too." He said to me.

"So, are you in ?" He ask me.

Honestly, I could say that this chapter is the beginning for Aslan & Mia 🥰🥰

Next chapter it will be more cute though...
