The Boy Inside the Wall

"We came back alive!! Ah, how much I missed our homeland!" I heard Gabi yelling.

"She's so energized sometimes." I laughed.

"Unlike you. You're a very calm person." Pieck said. 

"I'll take it as a compliment."

"It is." Zeke joined us.

"You're so sweet now, guys. Do you need something or will you do something?"

"Oh, come on Y/N. You know that only Poro is the asshole."

"I heard that!" Porco shouted from behind us. He was helping Colt.

"Alright guys, let's go. I don't wanna meet my parents later. I think I'm going, see you later!" I waved as I walked away.

The gate was already opening and I ran into the crowd to find my parents.

"Y/N!" I heard someone calling my name. I turned around and saw my family.

"Mom, dad!" I hugged them tightly.

"Aww sweetie, don't be so clingy, you'll ruin our dress." Mom joked.

"Right, sorry." Mother was wearing an ankle-lenght, dark grey skirt with a white, long-sleeved turtleneck. She was also wearing that scarf to hide her hair. Father was wearing a dark blue suit with black pants and dark brown shoes. He had his glasses on.

"Let's go home, shall we?" Dad asked us.

"Yeah, let's." Mom agreed then she hold my hand and we went home, but before I could make a step I heard someone copying the sound of bomb.

"Be right back." I  informed my parents then went to see what's happening. There, I saw the injured eldian soldiers falling down on the ground. Falco was there too and he helped them to get up.

"Hello there, L/N." Mr. Koslo greeted. "Do you need something?"

"No, I was just curious... What's happening?" I asked

"Ah, nothing nothing. We were just teasing them." He smirked.

"That's not very nice..." I admitted. I walked to one and helped him up. I noticed that his armband wasn't on his right arm. "Sir, your arm-" I looked up then it hit me. What is he doing here?! He's not supposed to be here!

"Y/N?" Mr. Koslo tapped my shoulder.

"Sir, can I borrow this soldier for a sec?"

"Sure, but-" With that I grabbed Eren's arm and pulled him into an empty alley.

"You have exatcly three seconds to explain why are you here." I looked at him, still holding his arm. I was angry, not even sad or happy, just angry.

"I see you've seen through my camouflage." He spoke.

"I'm serious, why are you here?! If they find out-"

"But they didn't." My eyes widened. He's right...

"Okay... Why are you here?"

"That doesn't matter but now that you realized it's me, I have something to tell you and you have to do it."

"... Go ahead..."

"So first off, there will be a festival and Tybur will have a speech. Right after his speech ends, something will happen and if you don't get out of there, you can easily die."

"What-"

"Listen, don't be scared if someone attacks you while you're fighting in your titan form. They'll take you and you have to go with them. Understand?"

"Eren-"

"It's Mr. Kruger for now."

"Why are you doing this? You didn't even answer my first question!"

"I'm doing this for you, for your future. For my loved ones."

"I don't understand you-"

"L/N, can you please leave our man alone? It's been five minutes!" Mr. Koslo interrupted.

"In a minute!!" I looked back at Eren. "What is your plan? Why Marley?"

"...I'm sorry." He cupped my cheeks and kissed my forehead.

"Eren..." I whispered as he let go, then he went back to Mr. Koslo and the other injured soldiers.
After I realized what happened, I went back to my parents and we finally could go home together.

At night I went to sleep early. I was very tired so I said goodnight to mom and dad then I headed to my bedroom.
My bedroom was bigger than any of the warrior's, but we even had bigger house. I had a queen sized bed with large pillows and fluffy blanket. I had plants in front of my windows and I had a desk on the left and had a wardrobe next to it. I even had a large mirror in front of my bed.

I put my pyjamas on and layed down on my bed lazily. My cat, Kass jumped on my bed and layed down with me.

"Ah, Kass. You won't believe what happened today. First, Porco bullied me, again, then I met the boy who I fell in love with...Y'know, Kass, he was my first crush but... I don't think it's a crush. I still love him and it's been four years... Heh, I remember when I was training to be a warrior. Actually, I joined because I was bored... It's crazy, right? As crazy as talking to an animal."

"So, Y/N... You decided to join?" Father asked me.

"I have nothing to do and, if I get the Cat Titan like my sister, I could make this family proud."

"Alright, your choice."

On the first training day, I got my own room. I shared a room with bunch of girls but there were more boy. We were running laps with a large and heavy backpack on our back and a shotgun in our hand.

"Marcel Galliard, you pass!!"Magath Commander stated.

Next, we practiced how to shot.

"Bertholdt Hoover, you pass!!"

Then, we had to do hand-to-hand combats.

"Annie Leonhart, you pass!!"

After, we had to carry several boxes.

"Pieck Finger, you pass!!" Magath Commander yelled.

And finally, this was my chance. We had to show how flexible we were. I've been doing ballet since I was a kid, just at home and sometimes I did gymanstics.

"Y/N L/N, no complaints, you pass!!" I couldn't help but smile, I was proud of myself.

We had break so we went to the backyard and we could do anything we wanted to. I was sitting under a tree, talking with Annie and Pieck about 'girly' things.

"Did you guys hear?" Zeke started. "Soon, we're going to attack Paradis Island. The time has come for us to inherit the titan powres but, only six of us will get one." I looked at Pieck and Annie, they were also confused as I was. We didn't understand why can't we all get one.

"Annie, Pieck, I think it's time to go back." I informed them.

"We'll come after you in a few minutes." Annie said. I stood up then went inside the building. I wonder who will get the Cat Titan if not me...
