Will POV

I stripped down to my boxers and slipped into the guest bed. The sheets hugged my body and I tried my best to collect as much warmth as I could. I laid my head on the white fluffy pillow.

I was so lucky to have Nico. I honestly don't know how I lived life normally without him. I always knew of Nico as the dark mysterious creep everyone gossiped about. Yes, he was sarcastic and held many secrets, but he was also full of humor and can be a tad bit childish when it comes to Mcdonald's. He meant the world to me, so I wanted to be the best boyfriend in return.

After my thoughts subsided, I slipped into a dream-filled sleep.

Nico and I sat on a soft blanket, gazing at the rough ocean in front of us.

"I'm so glad we could do this," I said with a beaming smile.

Nico opened his mouth to respond, but no words came out. Instead, a muffled scream escaped his lips.

I woke up and sat up straight. The scream had come from inside the house, not my dream, I realized. I peeled the bed covers off my skin and hurried to the door. After exiting the guest room, I ran to Nico's room, which happened to be the closest one insight.

I heard muffled cries from inside. I softly hit my knuckle on the door twice. He didn't answer. I thought about knocking again but soon came to the conclusion that he wouldn't respond.

My hand made its way to the knob and twisted. I entered the room to see a tear-stained Nico lying on his bed, staring at me.

"Oh, Neeks." I hurried to his side and brought his thin body into a warm embrace. His tears fell onto my bare skin. I realized I was only wearing boxers and a blush crept up my cheeks.

I tangled my hand into his hair and stroked his fluffy jet black locks. This seemed to calm him down because his crying converted into only tears.

Knowing that his crying was a result of a bad dream, I tried my best to come up with something to say. "It's okay Neeks. It wasn't real. You're okay," was the best thing I could think of.

"Bu--but it was real. It did happen," he stuttered.

I honestly didn't know how to respond.

"It's fine I shouldn't still be dwelling on the past," he muttered while wiping the tears off his face.

"Okay well if you're alright, I'll go back to the guest room." I broke off our hug and started to leave Nico's room, but a small hand on my wrist didn't let go.

"Stay?" he asked with pleading eyes.

I nodded my head and slipped into his bed. He was wearing navy blue boxers with an oversized plain black T-shirt covering his torso and part of his thighs.

We lay facing each other with Nico's head resting in the crook of my neck. I wrapped my arms around him and positioned my right hand in his hair and my left one on his back.

Once his breathing evened out, I knew he had fallen asleep.

So this was kinda a fluff chapter. But be prepared. Chaos will come, secrets shall be spilled, and relationships will develop problems.
