More Tea Spill

We arrived at Piper's so I got out of her car. Her house was huge with a giant balcony. I could see through windows that there were very fancy expensive looking furniture in the living room.

"Wow," I whispered to myself.

"My mom is probably working right now but my dad is home," she said with a smile.

Piper walked over to the front door and I thought she was gonna open it, but instead a woman maybe in her late twenties opened the door to let us in.

"Thanks Maria," Piper said. She began walking up the stairs so I just followed her after waving to the woman.

"Who's that?" I asked when we reached her room.

"Oh that's Maria, one of the maids," she said while closing her bedroom door.

"One of them?! How many maids are here??"

"Five. And we also have two butlers," she said casually.

My eyes widened. "Have you ever worked even one day in your life?"

She paused to think for a few seconds. "I don't think so," she replied, with an ashamed look.

I decided to change the subject. "So why did you want me to come over again?"

"Umm not really any particular reason..." she said while looking around her room.

"But I did want to tell you one thing!! Okay well now that I know that you're umm gay and all..."

"Yes?" I said, urging her to go on.

She took a deep breath before saying "I—I think I'm bisexual."

I tried to hide my surprise but I don't think I did a very good job. I kinda saw where the conversation was going but I just couldn't believe what I was hearing. I never thought of her liking girls but obviously it has nothing to do with personality so I don't really know why I was surprised.

"I know we're obviously not close, but since you also had a little trouble with your sexuality, I thought I would come out to you first."

I honestly felt honored and also envious as well. She came out to me on her own terms. And I just got outed to literally everyone at my school and I was just getting comfortable with my sexuality.

The post was anonymous so I still don't know who outed Will and me. But when I find out, I swear to god I'll slit their throat.
