No
She said
He understood
The first timeNo
She said again
He looked at her puzzledNo
She said for the third time
But he continued
He did it anywayNo
She said when he tried again
But now she knew
No
Wouldn't help her
She was helpless
Defenseless
She could try to move
Try to get him off
But would he love her
Would he continue to love her
She could not make up her mind before it was too lateNo
She said months later
When she had enough
When she realized she deserved better
No I will not cry over a boy who had no respect for my body-he walked away when he was done, and she well she had ran so far that with every step she breathed fresher air, freer air, safer air, she was disappointed in the girl who didn't leave first, but was so remarkably proud of the one who is still running, still fighting and won't settle for anything less than she deserves.
