She was taught from such a young age
That if you were not with a man
You were looking for one
Or you were miserable
They lied to her
Even in the movies
When a couple breaks up
The girl is miserable
Until she goes back to him
And he opened his arms willingly
She was lied to
All her life
Because she does not need a man to be happy
She does not need a man for anything
She's a woman
She's independent, beautiful, strong
She's everything on her own.
