We were all astonished. With Jenny being the youngest Athena kid, very little was expected from her. But with her sudden outburst, it made us drop our food.

"What are you talking about?" Steve-16 year old-asked her. He had blond hair and he wore a handkerchief on his forehead.

"I just felt it. Maybe Mom was warning us." Jenny's eye brows creased. "Annabeth, what do we do?"

All eyes turn to me. What can we do? For all I know, this would legitemately need a good plan. Scratch that. It would need a perfect plan. But I don't even know what to plan about.

"Stop it, Jen. We should talk about this later. Don't put the pressure all on Annabeth." Victor-17 year old-chidded her off.

I gave him a look of gratitude. I had already a lot on my mind. Another one would make it explode.

"I'm sorry." Jenny looked down on the table. She reminded me of how I was back in my Dad's house. Ashamed while being reprimanded. She finished her food and stood up without a word.

"You alright, Annabeth?" Victor asked me.

"I think Jenny is right. I could feel something wrong about to happen." I fidgeted on my seat.

"Maybe it's nothing. Just drink lots of water. Maybe that feeling would be gone." Victor assured me. He handed me my cup of water and I gulped it down. He smiled. "There, that makes it better, right?"

"Yeah." I nodded. But there was a sudden chill in my spine.

Afterwards, we all gathered for a camp fire. Chiron was there infront of everyone. "Good evening, Campers. We have a matter in our hands that we cannot ignore. The Mist is weakening. As all of you know, the mist is what shields us from mortals' eyes. It also shields us from the true colors of the world. Without it, it would render you hopeless."

Percy closed his eyes tightly. I think he was thinking about Tartarus. How we saw his true form. I remember pure terror in my veins. I shiver at the thought of seeing the world without the mist.

"-therefore, we shall issue a quest." Chiron finished. All eyes turned to the Hecate cabin. They all looked on the floor.

"I'm afraid me and my siblings cannot do a thing about this, Chiron." Lou Ellen stood up. "Our magic isn't doing good either. I think Hecate is having a bad time. Something is interfering her magic."

"If we do issue a quest, where do we search for the cure?" Her sibling, Leana, asked. "We don't know what exactly the mist is. We don't even know how it was first created."

"The mist has already been there from the beginning. But we have to seek the aid of Lady Hecate." Chiron spoke with words filled with emotion.

"Who will lead the quest then?" A camper from Nemesis-Ivy-asked.

Suddenly, Rachel stood up. Green mist began circling around her. She began speaking in a trio of voices as she walked infront of the bonfire.

Taken, the Owl seeks the Dark Lady.
With two half-bloods, they will find the cat.
Betrayal from one turns them weary
And be saved by one with a black hat.
The three shall venture to an island
Where the trail given shall end.
To know what shall be
They will fight a man of no empathy.

Rachel's eyes suddenly turned golden and pointed at me and laughed in a sinister voice I dreaded to hear. "Child of Athena. I shall have my revenge. Now. Sleep."

My vision started to darken. Before I ventured to unconsciousness, I saw a hand reaching out for me and it was gone.
