Birth of a Fleet

Optimus and Elita finished a call as Prime walked with her outside, "Garrus-9 is finally under control once again. The Wreckers are going to need some R and R. Especially Grimlock, he's been there for over 4 million years." Elita nodded and smiles softly, "Of course they do." Prime nodded and turned to the road as he saw a few of the Wreckers drive up. Grimlock walked up to them as Prime walked to him. They shook hands and then hugged as Grimlock chuckled "I'm back sir." Optimus nodded as he patted the Dinobot's shoulder. The other Dinobots ran over as they all hugged Grimlock.

Verity sat on Optimus Prime's shoulder as he sat down on the floor, "So, no one was killed? No Wreckers perished?" Verity nodded and smiled as she fixed her hair "Nope! All good and chilling out now." Prime nodded and chuckled as Elita rose a brow and knelt down next to him, "You're fond of these humans aren't you Optimus?" She asked as he nodded, "Of course, they are a very young species and have much to learn. But much like Verity, Carly, Spike, and Kicker, there is a lot of goodness in them." Optimus spoke as he looked up at Elita who smiled back at him.

Grimlock walked by and checked his room as the Dinobots walked with him and smiled, "We missed you big bot." He held a sword and nodded, "It's been too long old friends." He turned around and hugged all the bots as they hugged him back.

Bumblebee walked with Hot Rod as he looked outside and sighed, "Call me crazy but, I think we should go get some Vacation time. Until Prime-" Hot Rod giggled and nodded, "Obviously buddy. Let's go tell the big O." The two walked to Prime as they stood at Attention. Prime chuckled and stood up, "At ease friends. What's the deal today?"
"Optimus sir, me and Hot Rod wanna take a vacation. A small one. Maybe like 2 earth months." Bumblebee asked as Optimus shrugged and nodded, "Enjoy it my friends." He patted their shoulders as Hot Rod giggled, "I'm off to Galgana 7!" He transformed and drove off for a space bridge. Bee chuckled and looked at Prime as he walked to a ground bridge computer, "Wheeljack, set one for San Francisco please?" Jackie nodded and pressed some buttons as the portal opened. Bee nodded and walked through it. Optimus smiled and nodded at Wheeljack as he walked to Teletraan 1, "Teletraan 1: contact Sky-Lynx immediately." The computer pulled up Sky-Lynx immediately as he answered, "Optimus Prime! Good to see you once again! I've gathered more Autobots and I'm so close to finding Caminus!" Prime nodded, "Excellent! Keep looking, are you low on energon?"
"Yes unfortunately." He replied. Optimus nodded, "Save your coordinates. We'll bridge you back and refill you and the ones you've found before you go back."
"Okay Optimus! Beam us home!" Sky-Lynx happily said as Optimus nodded at Wheeljack who opened a Space Bridge. Sky-Lynx flew through and skidded to a halt as the other bots all jumped out. Optimus ran with Ratchet, Elita, and Wheeljack towards them as the medic started checking up on everyone. Wheeljack quickly activated the fueling station as he started helping Sky-Lynx. "Thank you, professor." Sky-Lynx spoke as Jackie nodded, "Yeah no problem big guy. You brought a lotta dudes and dudets here, great job." Wheeljack patted his shoulder as Sky-Lynx nodded with a smile. Prime walked over to the Autobots, "Welcome to Earth. This is our new home, my friends. If you wish, we may send you to Cybertron. Either way: you are safe." They all huddled around Optimus as Elita chuckled, "We're gonna have a fleet soon enough." Ratchet smiled and nodded, "Yeah, hopefully."
