The tension in the room was astronomical.

In your living room on this Friday night, you were sitting on the couch and below you kneeling on the floor were Osamu and Mina. Osamu was staring at his hands on his knees, looking nervous as hell. Mina also looked a bit uneasy, though she was not the object of your anger at the moment. Kita was sitting next to you, carefully watching your every move. He was there for moral support.. and to make sure you didn't claw out Osamu's eyes.

You sit back and cross your arms and your legs.

"Why are you in my house?" you ask, knowing full well the answer. Osamu was there basically to get your blessing to continue dating Mina and take care of her and their future child. You just wanted to intimidate Osamu as much as you could. Yes, you had to admit you were petty but he deserved it.

Kita audibly sighs at your question, also knowing full well that you were being petty. But he didn't interrupt.

After a few moments of silence, Mina speaks up, "Y/N, Osamu's really sorry, we talked about this -"

"I want to hear it from him. I want to see him apologize to you. Sincerely. And I want to hear from him every reason I should even let you two keep seeing each other," you say coldly.

Osamu gulps and rubs his neck. He slowly raises his gaze to Mina and opens his mouth. "I'm.. truly sorry from the bottom of my heart, Mina. Sayuri had come onto me and I should've tried to fend her off harder. I don't have an excuse for what I did and I will spend everyday trying to make up for it. I'll stay by your side and raise this child with you and support you, I promise." He turns to you. "I know Mina's pretty much your sister so please. Let me prove to both you and her that I can be a good partner... and a good dad."

You continue glaring at the silver haired boy, dragging on the uncomfortable silence.

Finally, you reply, "You're a little bi**h. If I knew what kind of sh*t you would pull- "

Kita grabs your shoulder firmly, trying to calm you down and get you on track with the conversation. He had gone over how you should approach Osamu, in a way that would encourage him instead of intimidate him. You take a breath in and let it out slowly. Once you looked composed, Kita lowers his hand.

You continue, "You're only human, you make mistakes. Some bigger than others but anyways. If Mina has forgiven you, then I do too. And no child should grow up without a father figure. I hope you and Mina will be able to raise it to the best of your ability, and of course I'll be there to help and be the coolest aunt."

Osamu lets out a breath in relief, and Mina squeezes his hand. He smiles up at her but before he can get too chummy you add, "But slip up again and I'll drop your corpse in the middle of the ocean. I don't do 3rd chances."

Osamu's eyes bug out in fear and in an almost militant fashion he says, "Yes, ma'am."

Kita sighs at your satisfied smirk. "Alright, now why don't we get going? Tomorrow's match is early so we all need to get a good night's rest."

Osamu rises to his feet a little too quickly, clearly eager to get out of there. "Yeah, yeah, good idea. We should go, tomorrow's an important game."

Mina and you see them to the door. They put their shoes on and Osamu gives Mina a quick peck, saying, "See ya tomorrow, babe."

"Bye!" Mina says, smiling.

Kita nods at her and gives your shoulder a squeeze on his way out.

You close the door behind them and when you turn around, you find Mina smiling at you.

"Thanks for going easy on him, Y/N. He really is sorry, and I think we will definitely grow closer given our.. situation." she says, putting her hand to her still flat belly.

You pull her into a hug and hold her tight. "Anything for you, Mina. I'm still mad at him but i wasn't kidding when i said I'm gonna be the best freaking aunt to your bebe. You're not gonna be alone in this, ever."

The next day, you and Mina and the new girl Momo show up with the volleyball team at your home court. Mina agreed to stay on to help train Momo for a few more months before letting up her position as manager. Momo was fidgety and very timid, but she seemed like a genuinely nice person, so you were taking a liking to her.

"Do you mind filling up these bottles?" Mina asks her. "Before every match, we have to do this because these guys get real thirsty while playing."

"Oh, ok gotcha!" Momo replies, taking the bottles to the water fountain.

The players start warming up and stretching, and you walk over to Mina. "Hey, how're you feeling? This morning seemed a little rough."

She nods. Right when she woke up she ran to the bathroom to throw up. Morning sickness. "Yeah, I'm okay now. Just initially when I got up it was ugh."

You rub her arm reassuringly, "Let me know if you need anything."

The match starts a half hour later. You stand by Coach while Mina and Momo go join the Inarizaki fans in the stands. Everyone has their game face on and the whistle blows.

2-0 Inarizaki takes the win in straight sets, proving their dominance in the prefecture.

Mina and Momo help you take the equipment back to the gym storage rooms while the players clean up and meet with Coach. Once you managers set down all the things and lock up, you all head on outside.

You scan the area for Kita but what your eyes land on catches your attention. And your blood starts to boil.

Osamu was standing by the entrance of the gym looking really uncomfortable, his head pointed downwards and he was rubbing the back of his neck, something you found he does a lot when he's in distress. What was causing that distress, standing in a too small skirt and annoyingly loud flip flops was ... Sayuri.

She had cornered him, leaning forwards clearly to show off her cleavage and saying something probably super flirty. You feel your ears grow hot and your heart rate rapidly increases, anger filling every fiber of your being. How dare she show up here?

Just wait til I get my hands on you. And I'm not going to hold back.
