"I tried! I tried so hard and she died, it's my fault." He sobs and Bakugo blinks slowly. When they were playing video games and he asked what the fuck was wrong he didn't expect a full breakdown. But here Kaminari was, sobbing holding the Playstation controller tightly and looking ashamed of his self. "That civilian the other day?" Bakugo prompts gently and Kaminari nods. "Oh Kami, come here." Bakugo says gently, opening his arms. Kaminari drops the controller and rushes into them, putting his head against Bakugo's chest. Bakugo wraps his arms around the crying blonde and rubs his back. "That wasn't your fault, no one could have saved her. Cry it out, don't try to bottle it up." Bakugo encourages and Kaminari sobs clinging to his shirt.
Bakugo slowly moves Kaminari onto his lap and leans back against the wall so Kaminari is laying on his chest. "If you're uncomfortable, move. But you're safe, cry it out and I'll hold you." Bakugo encourages and pets Kaminari's back. Kaminari cries as he tires himself out. Kaminari is quickly tired out from crying and goes weak on Bakugo's chest. "There you go, good job." Bakugo mumbles and plays with the blond's hair.
"Better?" Bakugo asks and Kaminari nods. "Do you want to talk about it?" Bakugo asks and Kaminari shakes his head. "That's okay, is there anything else you wanna do? I'm right here, you can stay in my room all weekend if you need." Bakugo says and Kaminari tucks his head under Bakugo's chin. "Can I just stay here and watch you play video games?" Kaminari mumbles and Bakugo nods. "Yeah, of course. Let me pull up minecraft." He says and grabs his controller from earlier. He goes to minecraft and starts a new world while Kaminari cuddles into his chest and watches him play. The tired blond is asleep in no time.
Bakugo carefully saves and shuts down his Playstation then eases away from Kaminari to put the controllers up and turn off the light. Kaminari wakes up with a pitiful whimper. Bakugo rushes to his side and sits beside him. "What's up, Kami? Whats wrong?" Bakugo asks and Kaminari wraps his arms around Bakugo's waist. "Don't leave me." He mumbles and Bakugo pats his head. "I'm not going anywhere. Let me lay down so we can go to bed." Bakugo says and Kaminari obeys.
Bakugo pulls Kaminari to his chest and wraps his arms around him protectively. Kaminari curls into him and yawns softly, cuddling up with Bakugo. With strong arms around him and a warm chest to nuzzle into, Kaminari is out like a light. Bakugo isn't far behind, it's been a while since he's cuddled with someone and it's comforting. Morning comes and they're woken up by a text notification from their phones. It's from the Bakusquad Group Chat.
Pinky: Who's up for boba today? Todo is paying 🤍❤
Tape: I'm down! Daddy's guilt money?
IcyHot: always daddy's guilt money
Earjacks: I'm down
IcyHot: Fuck it, he pissed me off. We're going to Tapioca Land Cafè in Shin-Okubo. Who needs a ride

Bakugo kisses Kaminari's head softly. "Do we want to go get 10k yen (for those of you who don't understand yen, that's $92 or 75.25 €) boba with the squad?" Bakugo asks and Kaminari hums softly, thinking. "No pressure, we can say we slept in." Bakugo says and Kaminari shrugs. "Sounds like it'd be fun and Todoroki wants to go on another 'let's piss off dad' shopping spree." Kaminari says and nuzzles his head into Bakugo's chest. Bakugo plays with his hair absent-mindedly.
"Mm or maybe we could stayyy." Kaminari groans, leaning into Bakugo's hand. Bakugo chuckles and scratches Kaminari's scalp gently. "I think you're just touch starved." Bakugo teases and Kaminari groans. "So what if I am? You're not moving." Kaminari responds and Bakugo smiles. "So you stayed over in my dorm to play video games and we slept in?" Bakugo asks and Kaminari thinks it over. "Or we woke up last minute then come back here after boba?" He asks and Bakugo grabs his phone. "Sounds good."
