A few days later, my neck had healed. Megatron was surprised that that was the only damage on me. He was also fine with me retreating. I was curious on why and he reminded me what he said. I'm not that much of a fighter: I don't possess the same strength as a bot needs to fight a wrecker.

My deceased friend's brother, Dusty, was on my back. No one had broken the news to him that his siblings were dead. They just told him that they went off world and are looking for something and will be back soon. Dusty agreed and every midnight, he would look up at the sky and and call for his family. I always retrieved him to put him to bed. It was tiring.

Dusty slides down my back and starts walking on the ground, next to me. He grabs my wrist to hold my hand but I hiss and yank my servo away. "Oh... S-sorry." He chirps. I calm down and answer "It's alright." He replies "Insecticon claws are sharp. I know." I smile at him, thanking him for not asking me why it hurt. His claws weren't sharp, he just thinks so. He grabbed the scars on my wrist. Yeah...... I've been making new ones... every night.

Dusty transforms and flies onto my back once again: he then holds an energon crystal out for me. "Here. Energon." I take it from his servo and he purrs. I consume a big part of it at a normal pace and continue on my way. I gave a small piece of the crystal to Dusty and he eats it happily.

I get to the bridge to hear Knockout say "Breakdown may act the brute but he's a maestro behind a rotary buffer." Dusty asks "Whaaa??" I bring him forward and cover his audio receptors. "WHOA!!! Knocks, that's gay." I say. He flips out "IS NOT!!!" I argue "Yes it is." Megatron adds "Won't be the first time you've said something like that." Knockout couldn't believe it "You're taking his side!!??" My liege replies "Of course. He's personally less annoying." Knockout stutters and groans.

As he leaves, he hits my shoulder with his own. "Careful, Knockout!! I have a kid in my arms." He turns to me and starts walking backwards "Yeah, yeah. Cool, let me guess, you let HardShell Frag you for it." I set Dusty down and run at him "IM GONNA KICK YOUR ASS TO CYBERTRON!!!" Knockout yelps and braces for it but I'm grabbed from behind. "As much as I would love to see you tear him apart, I'd rather let my medic live and learn to deal with his.... inappropriate language..." Megatron shudders and picks up Dusty as well. He brings us both into the bridge and sets us down "Just stay calm. And Dusty, I would suggest returning to your hive." Dusty nods "Yes sir." He transforms and leaves.

Mega sets a servo on my shoulder "How is it so far?" I comment "Rough." He responds "Why don't you go see Dreadwing? He loves your company." I nod and leave the bridge to go find him.
