Orion Pax Part 3 (1)

Optimus's perspective

            I was working once again. Shivertooth was next to me, watching me. He was very interested.

                After I discovered who I supposedly am, I looked at ShiverTooth's file once more. It was in his perspective. A lot of the con's files were in their own perspective. ShiverTooth's had settings on his which only I seemed to be able to edit. I saw  some photos in his file of him and I. Hard to believe that I responded to the name Optimus at the time. I see why he said that I wasn't the same anymore. When he first saw me, he was speechless. No wonder.

               Megatron suddenly walked in "Orion. Have you made progress with project Iacon—— Well isn't this a surprise. Hello commander." He says. I looked down to ShiverTooth who got scared. He was looking away from Megatron and I. I turn to Megatron along with ShiverTooth. "It seems I am a bit rustier than I thought." I stall him. He responds "might that have anything to do with ShiverTooth or perhaps the nature of your after-hour research?? Did I fail to mention that we would be tracking your activities??." I supposed that was a possibility after what ShiverTooth and I talked about.

                   Megatron shows my recent find on myself. I argue "why does history portray me as  siding with the autobot aggressors? And why did Starscream call me a prime? I must know. Who am I?" I left out ShiverTooth as I was sure that if I did mention what he did, something terrible would happen to him. Megatron growls "You are my clerk. Now get back to work and decode that database!" I looked at the files and then down at the floor. "No. I would rather erase my findings than make them available for your questionable use."

              I turn off the console, hopefully erasing it. I look back at Megatron, slightly glaring. "Orion!!!" ShiverTooth yells silently at me. I begin walking away but Megatron's laughter stops me. I turn around and he powers up the console, . I stood in shock at it. Megatron laughs "Did you really think that we wouldn't be tracking and documenting every eye-order of your  invaluable research?" I heard ShiverTooth whine in fear. The seeker brothers were right. Megatron is the evil one here.

             Soundwave walks in and shows Cybertron on his screen. It was a lot different than the one Megatron showed me. He questions "One of our sentries were activated? On Cybertron?" I growl "you told me.... our planet.... was dead." Megatron snaps "That is besides the point!!! GUARDS!!! You will finish project Iacon by the time I return, or I will carve out your spark before your very eyes!!!" He ejects his sword and holds it at my neck.

           Just then, ShiverTooth yells out and runs at Megatron. His leader steps back and I grab ShiverTooth lifting him off the ground. I held him tightly. Shivers tried his best to get out of my grasp. "YOU LEAVE ORION ALONE!!!!!" He yells at Megatron. I saw dark red smoke emitting from his optics. Was this what happened when he got mad?

           Megatron removes my servos from him, releasing his angered seeker. He steps back as ShiverTooth tries to grab him. The gladiator than grasps his wrist, pulling him around and having his seeker's back to him. ShiverTooth scratched at his arm, leaving harsh gashes that soon began to leak energon. Megatron growls "Would you calm down!!!" He grabs his left pair of wings tightly. ShiverTooth then screams in a way I've didn't think was natural. His face swelled blue and the small lights that shown through his optics were green. Soundwave covered his audio receptors and a slight purple tone went to Megatron's face as his seeker kept whimpering in an odd way. Shivertooth stopped fighting back and gave out. "Take ShiverTooth to my office please. I'll deal with him in a second." Megatron says as a guard enters the room. The guard lifts ShiverTooth into his arms and leaves. I was scared for what Megatron wanted to with him. He was sure to get hurt.....

              Lord Megatron turned back to me. I say "Do not harm him. Please. He did nothing wrong. Shivers was only scared of you hurting me." Megatron sneers "Finish your project and we'll see. The more you get done, the less pain he'll feel. Am I clear?" I nod my helm and he leaves. I sure hope he's right.....
