She will have a talk with you about this since this is a serious issue and you shouldn't feel this way about yourself. When you start feeling insecure, she will want you to tell her so she can help you feel better, telling you that you can't do anything about it so you have to learn how to appreciate it and learn to live with it.

She finds them awesome, assuring you you have no need to feel insecure about. If you are worried about standing out, she will chuckle out that half the people in Hell have scars and some even just open gash wounds so don't worry about standing out or such, it even makes you fit in more.
