When they shock you so you almost hit them then tear up

Charlie:

She was shocked that you got shocked because that wasn't actually her intention. As your body moved out of reflex to hit her, she was quick to move out the way with a shocked noise before chuckling, knowing you didn't do it on purpose and asking you if you are okay, apologizing and assuring you she didn't mean to scare you. When she saw the tears forming, she let out an upset "ooh" and quickly caressed your face, assuring you even more that she really didn't mean it before wrapping her arms around you and comforting you.

Vaggie:

She didn't notice you were busy doing something so she cursed when you suddenly jumped in shock and your fist came flying her way. She stumbled out the way, angrily asking you why you almost hit her. As you argued back it was a reflex because she suddenly surprised you, she sighed and calmed down before telling you what she came to say. As you wiped your eye, she raised her eyebrow before asking if that made you tear up. It wasn't asked in a rude way or such, more a curious, little "are you okay" way.

Cherri Bomb:

She noticed you were daydreaming so she sneaked behind you before jumping on you, asking what you are dreaming about. As you gasped in shock and your body just moved on its own, throwing a fist her way, she just laughed and dodged it, saying that was such a funny reaction. As she saw the tears in your eyes, she couldn't help but laugh, asking if that made you cry before she pulled her sleeve down so she could use it to wipe your tears away, unable to hide her snickering.

Niffty:

She pat you to get your attention, only to yelp and jump back as you swinged your hand her way. She stared in shock before laughing, asking what that was. As you put your hand to your chest and told her she shocked you, she giggled a sorry before narrowing her eyes and leaning closer, asking you if those are tears forming in your eyes. As you denied it, she narrowed her eyes more then watched one tear slip from your eye and down your cheek making her point and yell it is. She rushed away and returned in a matter of seconds, now holding a tissue box, assuring you it's okay while wildly pulling out tissues of the box and shoving them in your hands.

Angel Dust:

He called your name but you didn't respond so he yelled it before cursing and moving back as you flinched and tried to punch him. He held his hands up, asking what the hell your problem is and it's just him. As you apologized and said he just surprised you, he mumbled it's fine. He wanted to say what he came to say, only to stare before asking if you are crying. When you whispered no, he said you clearly are before he left and returned with some tissues, holding them to you, telling you he has no idea how you managed to survive so long in Hell if you begin crying over such a little thing.

Alastor:

When he saw how you were thinking so deeply, he grinned and sneaked up behind you before wrapping his arms around you and asking what you are thinking so deeply about. As you yelped and twirled around, your hand smacking across his cheek, he just kept his grin and stared at you. You couldn't tell what he was thinking so just awkwardly apologized, to which his grin somehow managed to grow even bigger and he assured you it's fine and he didn't even feel it, almost just like a fly hitting his cheek. You couldn't help but tear up because you were still shocked by the sudden surprise and the way he just stares with this unreadable look is getting too creepy. He raised his eyebrow when he saw your teary eyes before chuckling and wiping under your eye, telling you that you are so adorable then he planted a kiss on your head and walked away, humming some tone, as if nothing weird just happened.

Husk:

He called your name but you weren't really paying attention so he groaned before walking over, lazily hitting your shoulder for your attention, only to curse and quickly move away as your fist came flying where he stood. Both stared at each other with shocked eyes so he couldn't help btu ask why the hell you are shocked when he's the one who almost got punched in the face. As you argued back he surprised you, he huffed, only to frown then narrow his eyes. He raised his eyebrow before pointing to your face, asking you if you are tearing up. As you said no, he gave you a "are you really lying hwen I can clearly see it?" face before he sighed and left. He returned with a tissue box, tossing it to you, telling you to wipe them away and listen to what he wanted to tell you before you decided to almost punch him.

Sir Pentious:

He was first shocked and angry as you almost hit him, but when he saw your teary eyes, he began panicking, nervously assuring you it's okay and he didn't mean to scare you. When you told him he scared you, he pout and said he knows, only to glare behind him as two Egg Bois began talking about how that wasn't kind of the boss to do. After Pentious hit them with his tail to shut them up, he went back to nervously assuring you it's okay and asking if you are better now.
