I have mixed feelings on headpats. I dislike physical contact but I get that headpats are a kind gesture so meh, I don't really know how to feel about them.

Charlie:
She will feel a bit weird and ask you why you are doing this. When you tell her as praise, she will chuckle and thank you.
Vaggie:
She isn't a fan of them, makes her feel as if she is some animal getting praised. She gets it's usually a nice gesture so she won't tell you to stop it, but she rather has that you don't do it.
Cherri Bomb:
She will ask you what you are doing while leaning away. When you told her it's as praise, she chuckled and said buying her some snacks will be more praise than a pat on the head.
Niffty:
She likes them, will excitedly bounce as you pat her head. She sees it as a kind of praise so when you do it, she knows you are happy with her and approve of whatever she did so it makes her happy.
Angel Dust:
The first time you did it he gave you a "what the fuck" look, wondering why you did that. Eventually he got used to it and will just chuckle it off. He doesn't like or dislike it. If you enjoy it, you can do it, but he sees nothing to it really.
Alastor: (Why do I usually make Alastor pat your head? Because he seems like he is the kind of person to do so and he dislikes physical contact so I think he rather pat your head than give you a hug or a kiss.)
He raised his eyebrow at you, asking you what you are doing. When you told him he always does it to you so you are now doing it to him, he laughed and just let you be.
Husk:
He will freeze, feeling awkward and unsure what to do next. He will ask you what the hell you are doing while adjusting his hat, mumbling you are so weird sometimes.
Sir Pentious:
He will get embarrassed. So if he's shouting at the Egg Bois and you want to quiet him down, just take off his hat and begin patting his head and he will go silent, his cheeks going red as he whispers to you not to do that in front of the Egg Bois.
