Lilliana's POV:
"We need to talk about what happened 2 weeks-" Jake cut me off with a kiss.
His lips felt like melted chocolate meeting with my mouth. Sweet, sugary, and falvoured.
He most likely had ice cream before this.
As he pulled away, his brown eyes remained on mine as his hand grabbed mine.
"What were you saying, princess?" He asked.
"Nothing," I lied as he leaned in again.
It felt so guilty but so perfect at the same time.
His lips grazed over mine, sending tingles through my insides. I grasped onto his hair as he pulled me onto his lap.
Here I was, kissing Jake Brown in his living room. His hands remained around my waist, kneading the skin.
"I should go. Elijah's waiting," I spoke as I pulled away. It had been about 7 minutes of our makeout session.
"Are you sure? I can walk you home," He let go of me.
"I'll be fine," I grabbed my backpack and threw it over my shoulder.
"It's night and you have to walk down the street. You know what perverts live here," He grabbed my wrist pulling my back towards him. "I'm walking you home."
I stared into his brown eyes before agreeing and walking out with him. His fingers interlocked with mine as we walked down the street.
As we made it to my house, I got onto my tippy toes and pecked his cheek. I opened the door and spoke a soft 'Bye' to him.
"Hey Lil," Isabella's voice startled me, making me stumble backwards into the now closed door.
"Hey," I responded softly.
"How was Stacy's?" She asked as I entered the living room.
"Fun," I replied, setting my backpack down.
"Hungry?" She asked, motioning to the kitchen. I walked in and found a plate of spaghetti waiting for me. "By the way, remember the trip Elijah and I were talking about?"
"Yeah," I responded, warming the spaghetti up.
"We're leaving in 3 days," She smiled at me.
"How long you guys going to be gone?" I asked.
"Just 2 weeks," She replied.
"Alright," I ate quickly, headed to bed, and fell asleep thinking of Delilah.
