Lilliana's POV:
I sat on the grass, watching my husband of 6 years play around with our 5-year-old son. I sighed and looked at our daughter in my hands, as she slept so calmly. It had been 10 years since I lost my friends. Nothing made up for them but my marriage helped a bit.
"Hello little sis," Elijah's voice broke my thoughts. He had gotten married to Isabella just a year after the deaths. They had twin girls 2 years later, the year before my wedding.
"Hey," I responded as he looked at Stacy in my arms. We had named her after the one and only. "Where's Bella?"
"She's grabbing the girls," He responded, sitting down next to me.
"Auntie Lilly!"Natasha, Elijah and Isabella's first twin, ran up to me and put her arms around me.
"Hi sweetie," I smiled. Jake and Kyle walked up to us and sat down next to us. Jake placed a soft kiss on my cheek, reassuring me that everything was ok. Isabella and Natalie finally arrived.
"Ready for a picnic?" Isabella questioned.
"Yes ma'am," Jake joked.
This was life.
My family with me.
Only one thing could make it better.
My friends.
