Just wanted to give you a heads up that in the dream, I decided to do it in present tense, and once she wakes up, it'll go back to past tense! Just so it doesn't confuse you. I thought present tense would give people a better visual of the dream!
It would mean a lot if you commented, voted, or fanned! I love feedback!
Thanks kiddos,

Dream:
Tonight I'm ice skating on a frozen pond. The pond's situated at the edge of a cliff which over-looks a seemingly endless horizon of trees. The moon is huge, half risen above the trees, coating them in a shadow-less light. I stop spinning and twirling on the thick ice, scooting closer to the edge to admire the view.
"I'm not turning around. You never talk to me anyways," I say matter-of-factly.
I know he's there. And I know he's not going to say anything to me, so why try?
If I try to approach him, he'll just disappear.
I sigh and decide to look anyways.
He's...skating? Effortlessly, it seems, he glides from one end to the other. I take this time to admire his features like I always do. His green eyes seem to radiate peacefulness and warmth. What I wouldn't give to see them up close. I'm still in shock, though. He's never done anything except stand and stare with that annoying smirk.
"Can I join you?" I ask.
No reply.
"I guess you don't mind then?"
No reply.
With a sigh, I proceed to take a step towards him...Only to find myself stepping off the cliff's edge...
How did that get there?
I fall for what seems like forever until I wake up right before I hit the bottom.
"AHHHHH!!" I catapulted from my bed and onto the floor. With a loud thump I whacked my head on the corner of my nightstand.
Fuming, I stand up and walk across my room and out into the hallway bathroom to inspect my head. A large read bump reveals itself under my long side fringe.
I might have been over reacting, but it really was starting to wear on me, this whole dream situation.
Deciding I needed some fresh air, I slipped on my boots and my black pea coat again. I opened my window, letting in the frosty air, and reached out to grab the nearest icy branch and began to climb down.
Where did I want to go? I wasn't sure. I didn't pay much attention to my surroundings, as I was too absorbed into my own thoughts about my latest dream.
Jerk, ignoring me and than pushing my off the cliff.
Okay, maybe he didn't push me. But I was still mad!
Despite my anger towards the stranger, it made me smile, remembering him gliding over the ice with ease, his hands in his pockets.
I looked up and noticed that I was in Foster Park near that same old fountail. It was around 4am, so nothing was open in Town Square, aside from Filipo's Diner, which was open 24 hours. It's old timey building glowed a soft yellow in the distance.
