Tiffany is on the run from her abusive ex boyfriend Kevin with her 3 year old son Josh. What happens when she runs into Jackson McCall? Will he be her savior? Can she escape Kevin's wrath forever?
A/N: I have no idea where this chapter is going but I'm gonna update this because it needs it and I've had so much on my mind lately it isn't even funny at all. I hope you enjoy!
I woke up this morning got Josh to school then came home and ran a bubble bath with some bubbly and music. I just feel kind of eh lately it's a feeling that you really can't explain meaning you feel just whatever about stuff but you also are trying to be strong because people rely on you and your just thinking about everything.
*Flashback*
"We told you he was no good for you!" Dad says
"Yes dad I've found this out on my own like I'm supposed to do" I say
"So what will you and Josh do now?" He asks
"We can't stay here he knows where you and mom live so we've got to go on the run" I say
"Sweetie, we will miss you but I understand you have to keep your son safe" He says hugging me tightly I hug back
"I love you guys always, I'll try to be in touch" I say as I grab our bags and leave
*End of Flashback*
I can't believe that was 2 years ago right after Josh was born. I finish my glass of wine and stare at the bubbles in the water just grazing them.
*Knock*
"Yeah?" I ask
"It's Jackson, are you alright?" He asks
"Yeah you can come in" I say throwing on a cami to cover my boobs
"You sure? You seem off or something" He says sitting on the edge of the tub
"Baby I love how you care but I promise I'll be okay" I say placing my hand over his
He smiles and kisses my hand "After your bath wanna go grab some food or something?" He asks
"Sounds great" I say smiling
He smiles kissing my forehead then leaving the bathroom. I smile to myself "Such a gentleman, could have tried something but he didn't. I really am lucky aren't I?" I say to myself before getting out and getting dressed

Once I'm dressed we head out to Jackson's car and he opens the door for me, I smile and get in.

"I'm assuming you'd wanna grab coffee first?" he asks
"Yes please, I need coffee it's my fuel" I say laughing
He chuckles "Starbucks or Dunkin?"
"Let's go to Dunkin because they have this Carmel and Coconut latte that is simply amazing" I say smiling
He nods and drives to Dunkin, Once we arrive we get our coffees then head back to the car.
"I don't see how you can drink just plain black coffee, I've got to have a little creamer and sugar" I say chuckling
He shrugs "It's how I've always took my coffee"
"Noted for future reference" I say with a wink
He chuckles then we head to Panera to get some food.

After We have Eaten we check the time and it's time to pick Josh up from school so we head that way.
"Hi mommy Hi dad!" Josh beams getting into the car
"Hey son, how was your day?" Jackson asks
"Great, We had cookies in math!" He beams
"Wow really?" I ask
"Yeah, teacher said it was for counting but we still got to eat cookies!" He beams
I chuckle "what are you feeling for dinner?" I ask
"Whatever is cool mom, not really feeling anything fancy" He says grabbing his tablet to play GTA V story mode
"Okay sounds great to me" I say smiling
Once we arrive home Josh does his homework as I prepare dinner which was feeling something simple so I made Fish sticks and Mac N Cheese and for Dessert I made Chocolate Chip Cookies. Once Josh has eaten and took his bath for school tommrow I tuck him and tell him goodnight then I head off to change into my PJ's and Climb in bed letting sleep wash over me.
