"Rin!" Y/n made her way over to Suna, leaning onto him as she showed him a picture she took. "Y/n—oh um..what's that?" his face came closer to her phone screen, trying to make out what she took. "It's a bird— no no! The picture's blurry!" she sulked, going through her photos as she tried to find another picture."Well your photography skills are definitely getting better." he emphasized on definitely. "Don't say it like that." she felt his arm go around her neck, pulling her close to him. "Maybe if you asked kids if they wanted to take it home, they might say yes." she sighed, shaking her head. "Dogs don't even want this."
"What are you two talking about?" Atsumu and Osamu set their lunches onto the table, both sitting in front of the two as she felt Suna's arm move away back to himself. "Rin's saying my picture was bad." she heard him chuckle. "I didn't say that.." he looked away, a small smile on his face while Y/n lightly punched him.
Osamu looked over to his brother, the plain expression was enough to read. He squeezed his shoulder making Atsumu look at him. In the corner of her eye she saw Atsumu leave the table with Osamu following behind, she dismissed it and turned back to Suna.
"Tsumu wait up—"
"I think I should just stop. I was just too into my feelings that I put up an illusion that I actually like her but I don't. She's only a friend to me and friends don't think of each other that way." Denial, all he was trying todo was deny it. "I love her— as a friend."
"Tsumu—"
"And plus even if she did like me back, it'd be a small chance because she doesn't even feel the same. She tells me she loves me but of course she means it as a friend. She loves me like a friend—" Osamu slapped him, not too harsh but enough to keep him quiet, luckily the halls were empty. "Ow.." Atsumu rubbed his cheek.
"She probably does feel the same, you're just denying your feelings and making it seem she doesn't—"
"How do you know she does?" Atsumu asked, looking at his brother. "I don't know she does, I said probably."
"Exactly, probably. We've been friends since our first year, she doesn't feel the same and if she did, we'd probably be going out right now." Osamu sighed. "Then ask her out 'Tsumu."
"No i'd rather just watch her fall in love with someone else than be rejected." Atsumu shook his head. "You're no help..I can't help you if you're not taking my advice. Let's just go back to lunch, my food's getting cold."
They walked back as Atsumu saw her smile, he really did love her smile. Something he loved to see everyday. "Y/n, want to go to the arcade after school? There's this new one that opened up in the mall just a few days ago." Suna said before Atsumu had gotten the chance to speak.
"Oh yeah! I've been meaning to go with Atsumu, we could take Rei as well." Suna nodded, Atsumu was a bit happy that she had thought of him. "Osamu, want to come?" Y/n asked, watching the twins sit down. "No i'm fine, i'm a bit tired and plus this new episode is coming out so I don't want to miss it."
"Ah okay then. Can we change out of our uniform before we go? I don't want to wearing a skirt the whole time." both boys nodded. "Yeah, I was going to say the same thing."
"Alright then! Arcade it is!"
