I followed Natasha outside to a Quinjet where Steve was waiting for us. "Is it just us three?" I asked curiously, she shook her head without looking at me then began telling me there was one other person coming with us, when she finished she sped up her pace.

When we entered the Quinjet I started to take off my jacket, I noticed Natasha looking me up and down. When she noticed I had caught her looking she turned a light shade of pink. I smirked as I watched her head to the front of the Quinjet to the co-pilot's side. Nice to know I have the same effect on her as she does
on me. After a few minutes of waiting we finally took off, but I realized that I had no idea where we were going.

"So uh Mr.America, where are we going?"

"Stuttgart Germany."

"And we're going because" I dragged out.

"Because that's where Loki is," I gave him a confused look, he gave me a look basically asking me if I was serious. He shook his head in disapproval when he realized I was being serious.

"Loki is the bad guy, the guy we're supposed to bring in," he said in a certain tone.

"Hey don't use that tone with me young man did your parents not teach you to respect your elders?" he gave me a look of confusion oh how the turned tables.

"Oh yeah, I'm older than you by like," I started but I stopped for a moment to do the math, "Twenty no, twenty-two years," I concluded with a smile.

He was about to question me but before he could get a word out I interjected with a tut, "I'll tell you more about it later Mr.America when we have the whole gang." I saw him give me a small nod before shutting his mouth I smiled and decided to take my phone out and call Kara to check up on her and let her know what I was up to and that I was ok.

As I ended the 10-minute call I caught Natasha looking at me over her shoulder with an unreadable expression before turning her attention back to piloting the jet. I shook off her actions before humming a song to pass some time.

"Cap, Y/n, we're here," Natasha says from the cockpit of the Quinjet. Steve and I quickly got up from our seats. I picked up his shield and handed it to him before rushing out of the aircraft.

As I approached the kneeling crowd with Steve far ahead of me I saw a man stand up defying the god.

"Not to men like you," the old man argues. Loki merely smiled at him as he spoke, "There are no men like me."

"There are always men like you," the old man retorted. "Look to your elder people," the god says as he aims his scepter at the defenseless man. "Let him be an example." Just as a blue blast was about to hit the older man Steve jumped in front of him with his shield up deflecting the blast back to Loki. I snorted when the god dropped to the ground.

"You know, the last time I was in Germany," he begins as he strolled towards Loki, "and saw a man standing above everybody else. We ended up disagreeing," Steve finished.

"Oh my fucking-," I mutter as I caught up with Mr.America, "If you just had grabbed the guy when he fell to the ground we would've been on our way back right now," I muttered as I pulled myself together.

"The soldier," Loki says as he picked himself off the ground, "the man out of time."

When I finally got to the scene I started to usher people the hell out of here, starting with the people farthest from the two idiots. Yes, idiots.
