"Okay. Now that we're all here, after years of waiting for you, Lander, let us discuss the game." Deion locked the door then sat again in his computer chair.
"I really don't see what we can gain from this stupid game." Lander complained as he lied down on Deion's bed.
"Why are you so negative, Lander? We just want something fun for our senior year. Don't you want that? Or would you rather want a boring one?" Henry said while lying down at the foot of the bed.
"I'm just saying, I mean, what if the girl was, um.. How do we say it? Out of the ordinary? If she isn't, then what if at some point the game was successful but she found out about it? And what if she found out while the game is still going? What will happen then?" Lander ranted. Expressing his frustrations with hand gestures.
"Dude, there's a lot of what ifs in that tiny brain of yours. Will you just relax? First of all, we choose the girl. We make sure she's our type. But, she can't be one of our 'fangirls'," Deion stated while raising to fingers as quotations for the word, "Second, the three of us can't let anybody know about this game. If you don't want to be called a jerk, might as well keep this a secret. Questions?"
"What's the prize? And when will the game actually end?" Henry asked.
"Whatever the winner likes. The game will only end if the girl will choose one of us."
"When WILL she choose one of us?" Lander asked.
"So, you're interested now?" Deion smirked earning a "Whatever." from the other.
"Whenever she asked the winner to be her boyfriend or her prom date. The game finishes then."
Seeing both of them nod, Deion took this as a sign that they understood the game.
"But seriously, who's the girl?" Lander asked.
"We'll talk about the girl tomorrow, at the canteen so that we can get a good look at the girls. Okay! Meeting adjourned!"
The two, Henry and Lander went home. Lander could only wish nothing bad would happen to their reputation as heir of the biggest companies in their city. His dad wouldn't approve of him being the president of the company if he has a bad remark in his school. Lander could only heave a sigh as he closed his eyes and sleep.
