Chapter 15

Flashback

I was in my room watching my favourite web series Teen wolf on Netflix, although my eyes became heavy and mind dizzy but still I didn't wanted to fall asleep because the climax was on the way.

I heard loud, angry voices coming from the next door. I couldn't make out the words, but it's crystal clear that a couple is fighting and it's tense.

I tried to stay away and avoid the voices but they grew louder every passing second.

I was pretty chill until I heard a sound of slap ,glass jar breaking and woman crying at the same time.

It took me off guard. Quickly I stood up and move towards the door which was connected to my room.

My room and theirs had a door between us connecting to each other.

Initially, I paused and hesitated for few moments. However , I eavesdrop their conversation by sticking my ear on the door.

"You bitch, how dare you did this? Huh!"

"Why?" The man screamed.

(Again couple of things and Glasses fell on the ground breaking into countless pieces)

"Because I love you." A woman speak out softly.

"She was the one who stolen you from me in the first place. She knew that I love you but still she married you. She took everything from me ."

"My life, my face, my identity , my parents, my friends and even you."

"But see at the end"

"You are mine."

"Only mine."

(She laughed)

"No one can have you except me. If anybody tried to get in our way they will get the same treatment as she got."

"She deserved it."

"Now it's only you, me and our child."

"Yes,I'm pregnant with your child. I'm sorry that I took your advantage but everything's fine now."

"We'll be happy family together."

"Right?"

The words were not clear but although I got an idea that the woman did something terrible and the man's drunk . Again I heard the slap ,this time it was louder.

I gasped.

I banged and tried to unlock the door but failed every single time . Meanwhile the voices grew pretty intense and it turned out violent.

"hello? open the damn door." I tried to see through the little hole on the side of door knob to get some visual.

"please ...pl don't kill me i'm pregnant............"

"I beg you"

AHHHHHHHHHH

He stabbed the woman in her belly.
I heard the woman screaming out of her lungs ,then silence took over for a minute before i heard a gunshot the man grunt and fell on the ground lifeless.

I covered my mouth with my hands as I gasped.

I saw it, I saw everything.

There's blood everywhere. Tears escaped my eyes as my body trembled out of shock.

As I turned around I saw her figure right in front of me. Her evil dead eyes met mine. Her belly was bleeding although she was smirking. Her clothes drenched in the pool of blood.

She grabbed my neck and threw next to wall. A series of pain strike my body.

Her hand gripped tightly around my neck as she tried choking me.

She knocked me down several times while I screamed for help.

Suddenly, she disappeared when you all broke in.

End

"I want to go home please.......... " Angel begged.

"Wait? You said someone died next door? We have to check."

Right.

"Everyone with me we'll break that damn door." Muskaan said.

After last push we busted in. There was nothing in the room.

No dead body, no blood, nothing except spider webs,holes and rats roaming around.

"It was all here believe me. I saw it."
Angel said being shocked.

"I want to go home please I'm begging you all." Angel Pleaded crying.

"Fine we are all leaving now, so all of you pack your luggage." Amanat said.
