Third person pov.

There was noise around Tomura, the heavy weight and warmth of Dabi was gone, Spinner was no longer behind him.

Words didn't fit together or make sense, his eye's refused to open, everything sounded alien. The wound on his stomach started to hurt more.
Nothing sounded familiar.

Finally, he could move. Sitting up immediately with eye's wide. He shivered at the cold air and everything fell silent.

Noises were gone.

Everyone was gone.

"What the fuck..." he groaned out, his head tosses back trying to catch his breath. He laid on his back and let his hands fall.

His cane was there, so he sat back up and lifted himself off the couch "Kurogiri? Magne? Compress? Dabi? Spinner? Toga?"  Once again he was hit with silence.

A bad feeling started to grow inside his stomach, carefully he wandered around. Looking for someone but the house was empty.

Clicking sounds grew a bit loud, he turned quickly just to fall at the sudden movement.  His knee hitting his stomach making it bleed as he vomited up his breakfast.

The hot half dissolved mixture burned and tore up his throat. Some of it still dripping out of his open mouth.

Soon he couldn't keep his head up, he had moved to much and to fast. He laid his head two feet away from his vomit.

Tomura felt disgusting, he hadn't showered or brushed his teeth yet and was forced by his body to lay next to his vomit.

He felt around his pants pockets hoping to find his phone but alas, it wasn't there.

"Fucking bullshit" he growled. He was cold, alone, in pain, sick, bleeding and on the floor.

"Maybe I do need help, Dabi and everyone else first. I can get over this as long as the bleeding stops soon". He thought

Everything is starting to look weird, shapes and colors starting to distort and change. "Someone, anyone get here already. Im starting to see shit"

He closed his eye's and wished for the best to come.

The reason everyone left was to get Tomura a suprise, they thought about many things but decided that they'd get him lunch, the new resident evil, a new jacket with a corgi on the back.

They couldn't find that special something.

So they figured this would do. Kurogiri was driving them back watching the trees and clouds get darker "Tomura wanted to sit outside today, of course it had to rain" Sako complained, happy that the normally introverted man wanted to go out.

But he would most likely get sicker.

"We'll clean the windows and move a better chair to one so he can see outside" Kurogiri said pulling into the dirt road that went to their base.

Carefully parking behind heavy bushes.  "Let's go inside he should be awake now" they grabbed whatever they had inside the car and went to the door.

After everyone stepped in they shared an awkward confused look "oh god, what is that smell?!" Spinner grunted covering his face, the rest were lucky they couldn't smell it "Tomura?" Dabi called.

"Mura?"

"Tomu?"

First step.

"Mouse?"

Second step.

"Shig?"

Third step.

"Shiggy!"

Fourth step.

"S-shigaraki Tomura!?" Dabi screeched dropping the bag he was holding.

He couldn't tell was was puke, spit or blood. Not a lot of blood but noticeable. He lifted up Tomuras head carefully "Fucking finally" he barely said, breathing in shallow "mura im sorry! Let's get you to the bathroom okay?"

"Hmm, you're so damn warm"

"I know shiga" Dabi said pulling Tomura off the ground. Carrying him away as Kurogiri tackled the floor mess.

Needing some bleach.

"Baby Im sorry" Dabi whined, helping Shigaraki with his hair as he brushed his teeth "It's fine"

"Not to me, I keep breaking my own promises, I keep letting you go making up an excuse and I go a little nu-" he was cut off but he enjoyed it.

A soft yet rough kiss, just to shut him up "you didn't do anything wrong crispy"
